Mourinho is not a good coach. He was seemingly successful because he was leveraging on financial and manpower prowess of topflight clubs in the world. Interestingly, he's finding it difficult to win games now because football has changed. There are a lot of talents in every football club now.
He doesn't have the managerial skills to harness talents. He doesn't develop potential talents, he builds himself around big names, already made players.

If he goes back to club like Porto, he won't exceed first round in Champions League. He has nothing to offer. He will wreck ManUtd and leave feeling like a superman.

Not changing tune. I have critically assessed Mourinho since when he was with Barca. He doesn't have the skill set for talent hunting and development. Rashford playing under him is waste of talent. I bet if that boy joins Arsenal or Liverpool or even Southampton, he would be a force to be reckoned with. His price will suddenly go up.

You have a point there.

I don't see anything special in the man that calls himself the special one.

Maybe he used to be great when he was at the chelsea on his first mission, but since then, I think he has lost it.

His only saving grace is that he knows how to win games, either by hook or by crook.

Thus this ability (to win games) makes it almost impossible for people to really question his tactics in terms of playing entertaining games and developing young and newer talents.

But with what Pep has done in manchester city, it is gradually becoming obvious that Mourinho does not have the midas touch.

It's only a matter of time before you hear manchester united fans start calling for his sack.

...wtf!!! Pep is regarded as one of the best managers in world football...am no barca fan but it is fact!!!... Nothing to argue here, ur phone can do justice no matter how sentimental u are...trophies and strategies in a game speak for the manager...and pep got them
