This buhari haters do not even see that Saraki and his cronies suspended a man unconstitutionally. There are court judgements based on that from Ndume to Dino. But since Omo Agege tilts towards Buhari he is the devil. Nigerians can be so bias.

I am surprised they have appealed the judgement. And I ask, wount Nigerians suspend all of them for going to court since the reason they gave for suspending Omo Agege was that he went to court.

Sometimes uphold justice as a principle and be objective in your judgment.

Omo-Agege suspension did not stem from thuggery or stealing of maze. The court ruled against the senate because the suspension was illegal.

If the senate is taking Omo-Agege to court on the stealing of the maze that would be a different thing so we should not always allow sentiment to blind fold us to continue supporting illegality in the senate just because we have our bias against Buhari and want to support anyone oppose to his government. What is going on in the senate is not about Buhari but about us, is about posterity.

When we support illegality today because of Buhari tomorrow you or your kids might the next victims of illegal practices in the NA then Buhari will not be there.

If the president jettisons court ruling at the drop of a hat why won't the senate president?Leadership leads by example while the followership follows.Leadership is not from bottom up but from the top to the bottom.APC is symbol of impunity and total disregard for rule of law.

it is not known to court that it was senator omo Agege that took away the mace from the senate. You can't proof it. Issue here is that senators should not be allowed to suspend a fellow senator, a senator is just a one third of a state governor's power, why thinking they have so much power than even the president?

The Senate was taken to Court by Omo-Agege before the mace incident.

Please Saraki supporters, abeg tell your criminal mentor to pass the Budget that Buhari gave him since November 2017 with the same swiftness he used to suspend Omo agege and Ndume, and with the same swiftness he used to visit Melaye in the hospital. Saraki the spoilt criminal bastard whose father brought him up to believe Kwara and Nigeria's money belongs to him, has become a serious hindrance to the growth of this country. While the Budget was still unpassed, that bastard was busy chasing election reordering. After the courts ruled that the Senate has no right to reorder elections, the bastard has started suspending senators for dissent. Now that the court has ruled that that too is illegal, the bastard is now confronting the IGP, while the Budget is still unpassed!!!!!!!

At the end end, Ọmọ Agege loses. The Appeal processes will continue till the end of his tenure.

Are you not in Nigeria? Political appeals are fast tracked.

The Senate is setting themselves up with the appeal.

An appeal court pronouncement on the matter will make it a settled matter, that the Senate cannot suspend anybody beyond 14 days.

True, it's wrong to invade the national Assembly, but the judgement is not because of that, the court judgment is because he was suspended for airing is own opinion in the Senate. They are all Senate representing you and I.

Stop reasoning via your anús. The invasion of the senate was a protest of an abuse by the senate president. He has no right to suspend another elected senator.

where and when as it been proven that omo -agege was responsible ,unlike dino ,omo agege honoured the police invitation for questioning and no investigation till date proved he was responsible ... the only reason the NASS suspensed him was because he speaks less of the NAsss against buhari .. donnt just come online & wail ,,facts only.
