Guys I need help, I just took delivery of a note5 prime, which I ordered online. I noticed that the Sim slots seems smaller than a nano Sim. I tried both slots and my Sim can't fit in. |

Almaiga: The problem is from your Sims, you probably cut it yourself. Go for a sim swap. Show us the photo of the said Sims. |
