Hello everyone. Is there any Xiaomi Service Centre in Lagos & if there is, what's the address/site/tel? Thanks.

My issue with Sony is about battery life now. They have a new sturdy design that passed the bend test in flying colors, i can forgive the unnecessary bezels but i'm not convinced that any battery lower that 3300mAh is adequate on a flagship chipset unless it's Apple.

I know that Samsung is making a s8/s9 mini to compete against iPhone SE2 but that would most likely be overpriced like the Se 2 as much as they like to call it budget phone.

I think this Nokia X6 might be the perfect blend between compact body and screen real estate. It's shorter and thinner than the Note 4X. What do you think?

For the estimated price quoted on gsmarena of 200 eur, it is actually not bad for the price but I personally don't know if I would like this notch of a thing, maybe if I get to handle a phone with the implementation shacheesy nothing beats a plain screen with minimal black bezel without distraction cool and the battery sad
The thing is, it is kinda hard going down from 4000mah to 3000mah, you would have gotten used to superb battery life especially on an efficient phone like Redmi Note 4.

Lolzzzz. Imagine how smart.

Very smart case! It had to save itself first and left the saving of the main target to you!!

Ah coming from Note 4X, the only way to go is up lol

But really i could sacrifice some of that Note 4 X excess battery life for Camera improvements, SD 636 and stock android. By that i mean 500mAh shaved off.

I don't get Nokia and their obsession with average battery sizes. They really out did themselves with Nokia 7 Plus.

About the notch, i thought i would love or hate the iPhone notch but actually i'm just neutral about it. I don't see it, it doesn't get in the way, it's just there like very normal to me now.

Xiaomi, like Apple and Sony, doesn't have service centers in Nigeria. But incase you need repair services (which you may not need, people always think they need repairs because of the way tecno/infinix/itel has dealt with us) there are engineers who can fix your devices, just like they do Apple and Sony products.

The only midrange phone that supports it has been discontinued. The redmi note 3 special edition.

I think someone here has a used one for sale

Note 5 pro has a competitor brewing.

Asus Zenfone max pro M1.
5000mah battery plus real dual sim. It has SD 636 too.

It has a poorer front camera though.

I see many are tilting towards this online.

It will be interesting to see when it hits AliExpress as it's said to be quite cheaper than the note 5 pro...

Modified...
Forgot to add that Asus promises Android P and Wyke for the phone.
Nice....saw this phone before going for the RN5, cant risk it on asus in regards to the xda support... moreover, note 5 with treble support and xda support, no reason we wont get android U for RN5.

Thanks @lanre316. Can you recommend any truly competent technician in Lagos? One that doesn't return your device with scratches.

To me, i think Asus should have put a little more effort to their design. It just looks very uninspiring.

asus did not really make that promise. They used a line that was subject to various interpretations. Watched it on c4etech review of the phone

For me, I don't use budget phones with a case. Maybe over confidence coz i've never actually cracked a phone screen before.

Asus Zenfone max pro M1 camera is also lagging behind when compared to the Note 5 Pro. According to all the reviewers sha.
