Reports reaching Nigerian Pilot indicates that 5 returning officers are missing,

This was disclosed on KSMC radio FM 90.9 election monitoring

From results coming in, PDP has been beating the APC mercilessly and something had to be done to stop the disgrace. Electronic voting will never be used again under this demonic APC junta
