Changing our ways of doing things with the hope of continuous improvement isn't a bad idea by itself. The issue lies with the distraction that's been carried along with it..... PMB should remain focussed to the establishment of good policies and programs in his administration and stop judging others (GEJ) when even him has nothing to show for it........
