I've got BSc, MSc and a pHd in view, do I get ECA for MSc alone or both for both BSc and MSc.

When you check your eligibility, what you do is that you fill in some random scores under IELTS, typically scores you expect to get when you write the exam. That way, you know for sure what your eligibility is like. You can then go ahead and write the exam anytime later.

With the recent Ebola outbreak in DRC, wont be surprised if that's included.

I think she wanted to write CPCO and not CPOC. My PPR mail was from CPCO-FinalRequest/CTDO-DemandeFinale too. CPCO means Case Processing Centre Ottawa.
