Can Aso Rock be approved too to the gbagis?
What a fuckedup, sideways twisted and inappropriate gworro eating looser.

Probably when Nigeria moves the Federal capital out of Abuja and relocates to Umuahia, the Gbagis can take possession of the property on their God given land.
Una no dey put sense forward before making comment

Please tell the whole country to also go and develop Onitsha and Enugu so that children of hate and anger can stay in their potopoto republic of drugs and crime.

Don't allow hatred to becloud your sense of reasoning. If there is any FG property in your state, that's lying valueless and useless. Kindly write your Gov so they also write the FG. So your state can begin to make use of such properties. As it stands , The stadium in question has been long abandoned over 15 yrs now. No one is making use of it as most of the facilities there are in deplorable condition. The stadium had long been overtaken by hoodlums who come to smoke and use the place for all social vises. Perhaps you might not know where the stadium is located. If the place is put back in shape, definitely it's going to be for the usage of all Nigerians irrespective of tribe and religious.

Lagosians are just lucky to have sensible, competent and serious leaders with great sense of duty, dedication and love for their state and people.

Look at Ikorodu road, the FG refused to maintain the road and what did the LASG do? They asked OBJ to relinquish the road which he did.

The FG looked the other way while Lagos Badagry express rot away, but Lagos state government asked for that road to be ceded to the LASG which the FG did also.

They also lobbied and asked for the FG lodge in Marina and the FG relented.

They asked the FG tolet them demolish 2 FG properties obstruction the construction of Lekki Ikoyi bridge and Yaradua (RIP) instantly agreed.

The FG obviously can not manage all the FG assets in Nigeria o instead of looking th oher way while they rot away in your state, just ask them to hand it over.

Fact is, this is not favoritism, it's all about competent leaders going through due process to allow progress and development on behalf of their state, something other leaders can not do or just don't know howto do.

Where did you get the 300 million figure from?
It is only worth what a real buyer is prepaared to pay not what you sit at home and conjure.
There is nothing stopping the FG from selling it. As it it we do not know the terms of the "handover" so should not make asssumptions. Who knows whether is a freehold or leasehold. We simply do not know

I now understand why most of you never grow in life. Your own headache now was that it was given to certain ethnic group. You should have asked yourself, when the Stadium is being put back in shape, will it only be used by the Yorubas or the general Nigerians? You are too young to be nursing this ethnic intolerance. Let your mind be free to the general people in respective of their tribe or religious. Or has there anytime in Lagos you have been deprived of boarding BRT because you are not the same with their ethnic group?

SW is the biggest winner in this present administration. Their men are in strategic positions, they control the economy and gradually all federal assets in lagos are being released to them free of charge. We need a Tinubu in the SE to give us some vision please.

IBO people said they are not interested in Nigeria but complain whenever anything happen that does not concern them. Old Federal Secretariat at Obalende that would have been released to Lagos State during Obj is now dilapidated , wasted and an eyesore. National Stadium had been in a state of ruins for many years, these people who come to Lagos to make money has nothing to say. National Theatre & his environment stretching to Ijora, Iganmu & leading to Eko bridge that would have been an architectural masterpiece & tourists destination has been decaying for years in a state with little land with lagoons & ocean. Land cannot just be wasted in such environment, it is a very scarce commodity.

Both State House Marina & Dodan Barracks are no longer suitable for the Presidency. In future, a modern State House would be built in Lagos.

In those days when FG was fighting LASG over the control of Federal roads, the same FG cannot provide street light on those roads, but now, LASG provides street light daily on major roads. Reconstruction & upgrading of M/M International Airport road long abandoned is another feat of the APC administration. Oba of Lagos was right when he insisted Lagos must not be in opposition in the government they laboured to create.

Concerning, strategic appointment, I am yet to see that. The only thing is intellect which is natural & divine which you cannot understand. This is spiritual & beyond paper qualification. From the ruins of 2014 & 2015 left by the former government while oil sells below $40 to the present state, it only shows superiority of intelligence & characters.

We did not force Nigeria to develop Lagos for us. In fact, the development of Lagos started before Nigeria started or was conceived. Lagos and Yorubaland in general would have been better off Nigeria.
As for "Nomansland", go and ask Baja Nwachukwu where he learnt it from.
