If it's Anambra, they will have to build a bridge across the tanker as there are no heavy duty cranes to lift it.

bloody liar. Its only in nigeria. I have lived in a foreign country for 5years and not for once have i heard a tanker fell.
1. the road are extremely poor
2. these tankers are not road worthy one single bit
3. the drivers are not professionally trained to drive these tankers
4. Nigeria is just another shitthole.
5. The biggest shiiithole in the world.
