It is a residential building and I think 3 bedrooms apartment (flat) on each floor.
I wouldn't live there though, even if the rent is FREE.

That Building is Genius Anyday anytime. The taught of it on such a small plot alone is fantastic. and I know they will factor in a lot before anything.

Many of them like that are still standing for over 100 years, what ever the they do here is with integrity of the highest level. Every concern is properly consider before any permit is issued to start the construction. Remember if any thing or accidents happen in the process, the lability will cost them x 5 of the entire cost of the project, mind you it’s not only going to cost them money alone, people involved may spend many many years in jail. This is the main reason why people don’t cut conners here, they won’t even let you cut the conners. Even stage of the construction is monitor and well documented it’s wont happen. Hajji said he won’t live there even if it’s rent free, ask him how tall was his office and when was it build. For sure his office was build over 130 years ago till date it’s looks like it’s was build last year, that to tell you that same building will be standing there in another 120 years when we’re all gone.

Spot on, the aspect of adequate compensation, punishment, been blacklisted and jail terms are things that many construction companies don't want to get involved with, which invariably means they have to carry out extra due diligence in every aspect of the construction process or else they know the consequences that awaits them if anything goes wrong, and yes, I can sleep in that building without bitting an eyelid

haba, we have many similar ones under construction in eko Atlantic. Some of them already finished, I was monitoring the progress on the projects, it’s the same standard the followed on the ones already finished and on going.

That's a system that works. The liability is the reason hospitals over there are extra careful with patients due to litigation.

Nice. my kind of building. I will die to own any of the upper floor units. Imagine am able to build this in my village; i will be able to see the whole of Nigeria and beyond from my bedroom.

Sir the owner of the quote need to explain what he mean by the above... 1.5mm is between 6 to 7000 per bundle. .

Those prices of cable wires he gave you are not brand names. Just you know.
If you want brand names he will give you the prices. Baba electrician know him work but probably he has not seen any reason yet to use original branded wires.

bixton is right. the cables quoted are not branded. most time chinese cable. a roll of it is usually smaller. like four or more of it makes a roll of brands like cutix or nocaco wires. a roll is usually a single colour eg red, black, green with yellow strip. as for the 16mm big wire, maybe he ment a roll of that 100yrds cable for supply 4rm d pole. i bought nocaco that range but e don tey small
