There is no need wondering why Nigeria makes economic progress, but never welfare and infrastructural progress.

How on earth do we keep having a huge chunk of the budget spent on recurrent expenditure, and a tiny piece spent on capital expenditure. N2.9Tr of a total budget of N9.12Tr is of no effect, considering the decay and inadequacy of our national infrastructure meeting the needs of our pupolation.
