I've been scratching my head around for the past 7 days on how to attack a project standing, staring at me.

It's a very relatively new concept I want to introduce into our secondary schools (basically JSS1 — SSS3). This will be a coaching session that will help the student to study more effectively (don't ask me what and how. lol) and I'm very sure 95% of the schools will be interested in this "package."

Now, the problem I have is that I don't know how to "present" this "to minimize startup mistakes."

Perhaps someone here like you have done something similar.
