I have diamond to sell at 3.47 and I have plans to load Diamond if Oracle and Mendes 0.80 come to pass.

That would be in the year 2050, when cars begin to run on water and crude oil becomes useless. When the who nse crashes.

#That N20.00 Stock. #That 500% fixed deposit. #That safe haven.

You know as well as a few of us here what is going on - that this simply confirms how influential the Price Movers are.

For those targeting OandO prepare to take position

Are morgan and meritrade the only realtime brokers .

I mean realtime not the ones that will collect your mandates online and execute for you.

You also have Leadtrader from Lead Capital

Pls does anyone use margin trade on meritrade.

If so, how does it work and what are charges like.

Thanks

Use their money to buy shares. Sell when you have made profit or loss. Pay interest on amount borrowed and refund money back to Meristem. So if interest rate is 23% for example and you buy N1m worth of stock today. If you sold in 3 months time, you would be required to refund money borrowed plus (N230,000 /4) i.e N1m + N57,500 = N1,057,500.

Principal = N1m
Interest rate = 23%
Tenor = 3months or 90 days
Repayment = N1,057,000

Please note there are just a basket of stocks you are allowed to trade. So team Japaul, Skye, Unity, Oando (even Diamond is disqualified) should not even think about it.

Shoot them an email to learn more about it.

If you retain "those" shares and Diamond ends up as low as 80k, you might be too devastated and disgusted to buy any unit at 80k.

Devastated ? No.. I did not come into stock trading with a Win Win mindset. I just want an improvement in Q2 and your 80k to come to pass.. the rest will be history grin

Do we still have margin trade? Na wah ooo.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by samzepaparazi: 12:48pm On May 17, 2018
Higher oil prices is driving diesel up. Transporters are gradually putting pressure on manufacturers to increase their freights,

This will increase cost and reduce profit.

Unless prices of goods move up.

Could impact on inflation

Well, Meristem is testing the waters now. It seems pa Ewumi still accesses margin loans from his broker except I'm mistaken.

We will quote you when Diamond hit 5. I just pray you dont deny it later. I remember when DF was at 12 and you said it doesn't have the prospect of going further up as it hade reached its fair value. You came back to deny it. For your info, diamond, FBNH and other banks that have Huge NPL from bad oil sector related loans are very likely to enjoy huge returns from those hitherto bad loans, by way of reduced impairment charges and write-backs of loans previous provided for, as most of those loans begin to perform with oil prices on the rise.

grin grin grin

Reduced impairment charges.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Dwizeone: 1:14pm On May 17, 2018
If a stock keeps going down, please sell and dump that stock, fidelity seems to be prospecting for crude oil, there was a time I was in access, all other stocks kept inching up in price appreciation and this was my trading fund, I had to leave the stock, looking back months after the sentiments of investors about the stock is still the same ...
