I was just at home this afternoon and i just decided to know my BP. It reads 146/78. I think it's not okay or am i wrong? I proceeded to use a BP evaluator online i was told i have Isolated Systolic Hypertension based on the info i supplied and that my systolic blood pressure is elevated {dont even know what it means}. you didn't specify your age range neither did you specify whether you rested a while prior to carrying out the test. B.P tests are best done by a medical personnel or someone who knows how to run the test in the morning after you wake but still in bed. |

Lakeside79: You're having high blood pressure close to hypertension levels. visit a good medical doctor asap. Don't neglect this warning pls. you may be placed on medications to manage your high blood pressures after a battery of tests. |
