Then provide us the actual undoctored video so we can compare to see the sections that was doctored. The Cable should be able to do that.

As I said, provide a video where he had read a speech before now.

Why will a learned speaker, especially one that claimed to hold 2 degrees, one being a law degree find it hard to read a simple speech? Was this his first time of making a speech publicly? You said he had read numerous speeches in the past, so what happened this time?
