My 13 weeks preg wife woke me up last night and I saw fear in her eyes. So I asked what the matter is and she said to me "blood". She said she went to urinate and found blood on the tissue she used to wipe. Then there was a drop of blood on the floor. Is this a normal thing? Anyone here experienced this before?

We intend seeing our doctor this weekend.

If you are back from the hospital and everything is fine with the baby please she should take enough rest, bed rest. it happened to me first trimester I just took bed rest to keep my baby intact

i experienced something like that when i was 11weeks pregnant.There was just 1 bloodclot on the blood though it wasn't much at all,just a drop and it stopped almost immediately.It still okay to see ur doctor so as to be on a safe side.

My cappo of laive, ayam happy for u jare, to reach 29 weeks no be moinmoin. More strength from above. We are in the same shoe for the heaviness o, especially after eating.

As for the placenta, I believe u showed it to ur Dr, he should guide you. Also, there is a possibility to have changed now if you have another scan done. Its well with u ma.

I just got this from google: A low lying placenta, by itself, may not require any treatment. If it is early in your pregnancy, before the twentieth week, then there is a good chance that the placenta will shift into an upward position as your uterus expands. If the placenta stays at a low lying position but is not near enough to the cervix to be classified as placenta previa, then you might want to talk to your doctor about whether or not you will need to refrain from exercise or too much activity and sexual intercourse, things that can prompt bleeding. Some women with a low lying placenta may experience bleeding proceeding a delivery, so make sure to talk to your doctor about the course of action if that may be the case.
