Oga @Gazzuzz i’m still here with the problem of my honda baby boy idle problem, the RPM always go low when i’m on load and idling especially when the AC is On it will be shaking serious that affect my dashboard as well.. I have been doing dis thing myself since most of the mechanic can’t configure out what is wrong cuz most are not learned when it comes to technical issues like dis. This idle isssue has made me got almost 3 IACV now for my car (the follow come, the toks i bought and the new one i order which i got 2 days ago and it is the one presently fix into the car) which all ain’t solving the low rpm n vibration when on load (AC) on idle yet. What i noticed today is that i remove the plug from the IACV and i start the car, now the car is working the same way it always work even when the IACV is plugged in (There is no different on how the car work either IACV is plugged in or not) and at time if i start the car without IACV connected the RPM will flautuate and when i get them connected it will be stable. so that baffles me a lot and i tested all the IACV by plugging them while d engine is running and all the 3 IACV seems to be working cuz they vibrate on my hand (meaning current get into them). But when i searches the IACV plug wire from the connector source i found other 2 wire in which 1 of it is not plug into anything and the other 1 harness has been removed.. I attached them in the picture below.. please what do u tink could be happening.

That is not a yardstick for determining vehicles state.

A greater percentage of cars coming into the country are from auction sites. Most of these vehicles are sold off by insurance companies after an accident.

Some Onyibo are getting smarter, when their cars are getting old and the repair cost out weighs the Value of the car, they crash it. Insurance bares the brunt, and car owner gets a new deal. We see car with minor accident, buy it thinking we can just patch a bumper and it comes here with a long list of issues

I will advise you check air pressure. Possibly you are over 35psi. Reduce air in tyres to 32psi if over the mark.
Apart from that I cant really help. You will need to see one of us so the Ministry can move to the permanent site.

My Camry 2000. Is misbehaving;
I observe the car is hesitating, most especially between 1500 - 2000 RPM.
I have done some few time up hoping to get improvement. I have replaced the following;
1. The spark plugs
2. Change oil and filter( it's due for change)
3. Fuel pump(I bought new one but from testimony I got to know that the tokunbo does better. Though I do not have tools to check pressure to ascertain the new I bought)
4. Have also cleaned the injector nozzles.

What could be wrong and what else can I do to get a better result?

For someone looking for something cheap (below 400k), what do you think of Nissan Altima 1997 and Peugeot 406 2001 (coupe). Eyes on fuel economy and availability of parts.

I have heard legendry talk about the 1997 Nissan altima, the peugeot is also a good car. For the peugeot. @ your budget you will get you car, the nissan might come with little or no faults, but the peugeot @ that price will have issues.

I will not recommend any.

2) If you HAD to choose any of the two, which would u go for? Don't see this as recommendation (I understand the weight of that), just see it as being alone in the world with only this 2 vehicles and u HAVE to choose one

Gazzuzz please what could cause an unstable RPM biko? It was too low and was causing engine vibration, my guy increased it to the normal (1000) at normal engine run when not loaded and no AC. after a while, it decreased again. I used it for a while like that and not comfortable. it even goes off once in a while in traffic because it's way too low.


Now my guy has increased it back, this time... it re adjusted itself and it's way too high now. 1500 atimes 2000. If AC is turned in, it goes as high as 3000 sef. When loaded and no AC, it drops to around 1100 to 1200
