Medical cert is compulsory. Visit any government hospital to get it.Once you upload it,finish button will be enabled.

I was able to submit my application some days ago. Getting to Nairaland this morning, I saw ppl talking about confirmation mail which I didn't receive at all when I was filling the forms online... Pls guys, am I still safe?
