As far as I can remember, I've always wondered why my mother keeps on storing heaps and heaps of plastic souvenirs she gets from buying aso ebi for owambe parties in the store room even though it's evident she doesn't need all of them. The reason had always eluded me until recently when I realized all women are hoarders of some sort. My mother and sister (18) have a combined 50 something bags and an uncountable amount of shoes, even the ones they haven't worn in like 3 years and aren't planning to wear anytime soon.

I have realised women are hoarders of both material and immaterial things. Women are also known hoarders of feelings of emotion. I mean, you finally decide to talk to a babe that's been staring at you in your street for months and she says she's always had a crush on you. Like seriously? Was your mouth paining you all this while? Women will smile with their 'friend' of 5 years and then say what they really feel about that friend to 50 others.

Nowadays, women also hoard men, it may seem stupid, but it's true. Majority of women have so many men on their social networking and chat/texting platforms, it's plainly ridiculous. Men to satisfy their various materialistic demands. They will even go as far as fighting another female for one guy out of the many she types 'love you too baby' to.

Last but not the least, women are great hoarders of money. A woman needs to buy a commodity worth 15 thousand Naira, she has 72 thousand Naira in her bank account, she will demand for 5k from 5-10 of her hoarded boyfriends (or 25k from her husband, as the case may be). Her account keeps on increasing while she does a ridiculous amount of spending.

This habit is annoying, to say the least. My eyes have opened, thank me later for opening yours.

With women, nothing is entirely useless.
It might not be immediate, but it'll come in handy someday.

I swear, we moved recently and they literally moved EVERYTHING. I'm like 'mom you don't really need this, do you?' Next thing I know she'll snatch it from me and say she NEEDS it. I know best not to argue.

i used to think this way but not until my sister's wedding last year when all the spatulas, big spoons, pots and other wedding gifts she got became really useful cos it was what was used in preparing the dishes for the traditional wedding .. mum said she just saves them for ocassions so the personal kitchen effects wont be used ... after every thing that day they were washed and returned to the store room ....

so sometimes it's not all useless .. it helps
