FINA4804:please try and pack early o,my baby came early at 36weeks,hubby had to go home and pack for me because I was rushed to the hospital and have not packed anything. my dear I will never allow that happen again,I can't narrate what hubby packed here but it was not funny at all.just pack and keep the bag in one corner incase of anything. 4 Likes |

BlessedDiva:So sorry about your appetite my love. It will return shortly  Me that eats as if I'm carrying triplets was told by the sonographer last week that it is just one hmm. And I even lost 0.5kg in the first trimester. I'm wondering where all those shawarma, kilimanjaro meat pies and ice creams (I could kill for these two  ) enter.I hope a surprise weight gain is not waiting for me this trimester. I sha still think the sonographer did not see well. This can't be just one that is making me eat like this  2 Likes |

We missed u. Sorry about the headache. BlessedDiva suggested applying wet abi cold cloth at the back of your head while shutting your eyes and lying down. I officially clocked 8 weeks today... Headache and back/waist pain has been my cross since morning. It was so bad that i turned off the TV so i can try sleeping for a bit. The more i try to sleep, the more i felt sick. This baby is dealing with me o. I can't even do my business like I used to. . Mamas here with their DH at home to care for them, you don't know how lucky you are. Pregnancy is not a walk in the park, then throw in a husband who is a sailor and won't be home for months. It's not easy going through this pregnancy journey alone.This was my time to be a big baby and have him fuss over me. I would give anything right now to have DH come home and go through this journey with me. Nowadays i just start crying when i imagine how he would have been all over me, cooking and all. . Anyways, am patiently waiting for him to finish his tour and come home so I can send him on plenty plenty errands. Please how do i cope, some days am excited, on some other days i can't just wait for baby to come. I really needed to rant! Not having a good day at all. My Birth Story! Part 1 Mamas pls bear with me, i'm so overwhelmed with joy. I've tried to cut the long story short but my post is still long. God has been faithful to me and my family. After my wedding, i waited 8 months to join my husband overseas. In btw we met, got pregnant and had a miscarriage. After joining him, i waited another 8 months to get a work permit and a job. Pregnancy was not an option then as no employer would employ a pregnant woman. After 3 months of settling down at work, i received my BFP, just liked that, like a dream. My pregnancy journey was smooth, i only had mild MS and loss of appetite. By second trimester i was strong again, my appetite came back but after a short while i started having food aversions which lasted throughout my pregnancy. I couldn't take fruits and was not even faithful with my vit c tabs because of how it made me feel. i managed to eat at least 3 sizeable meals a day not skipping my prenatal drugs. By third trimester, this itching came from nowhere. I would itch my belly, hands, legs and sometimes my face until there is wound. The doctor said it was pruritus and gave me a drug to use for 5 days alongside calamine lotion. Everything remained the same. The sleepless nights were worse because I had to go to work the following day. I was asked to run bile acid test a number of times and it was high only once. The doctor prescribed ursodiol tablets to be taken 3 times a day after meal. She assured me there was nothing to worry about. The drug was too powerful for me. i was told i will use it till i deliver. Well, the itching reduced drastically and was only more on my belly. I was also able to sleep at night. 1 Like |

Hannydimples: I don't think there's any side effect of drinking too much water, it even helps keep you hydrated which helps in digestion cos pregnancy slows down digestion so enjoy, myself I drink nothing less than 6 bottles of water in a day. Hello team independence how's the waddling ministry the fear of injection no gree me near hospital for anti natal oh, na only scan I fit do for now it is well!!!  |

Or if your neighbours are nice, go relax in their place. Mood swings showed me shege while I was pregnant with the twins, and I had a nice boss then. I'll just call him that I won't be in the office for some days and I wee run to my MIL house. DH kukuma be last born, MIL just transfer attention to me sharpaly! I cannor coman goan die illegally! Basically, just try to take strolls and don't dwell on the pain or sour moods, it wee go you hear? When you were kukuma doing the do, you no tell us o 6 Likes 1 Share |
