300k would be enough, buh you must look for expert when buying the transmission devices because what you must buy must have the ability to view majority of match and if you want to someone in charge, look for trustworthy individual' as soon as you see any sign of bad behaviour get the person sack moreso the person must be respectful,funny, fun and sassy.

Aint this a coincidence, i have similar plans too, about to get a hall in a prime location but no experience or expertise to set it up. Although i do plan to run it my self. Can we rub minds so that i can learn from you and when do you plan to open? before world cup or after?

I was thinking before world cup.
I will make it free viewing for people during that time and also it will make the center have enough viewers before next season begins.
But you know say na money be everything.
