picture are purchased by companies, firms and individuals in need of pictures taken in certain location.
These companies, firms or individuals pay you for the Rights to use this pictures for commercial/advertising purpose

How do i get paid?
Draagu pay's it users through Paypal and mobile transfer in countries like Nigeria which cannot receive payments on PayPal
