Phocusjosh: I have actually seen quite a few denials last year around fall when decisions are made a lot. This year is too early maybe to tell and haven’t seen any here so far. Chances are more likely than not that you would be approved if you were called for medicals. But I wouldn’t say denials are rare after you have been called for medicals. I will just say chances are good you will sail through. 2 Likes |

Frankrobbn1: Oga frank.....I didn't say is hard to change....oooo. ..see on several occasions I went to collect my certificate and transcript the secretary to the dean of school will tell u before you go with your certificate ....check if your names are or is rightly spell on your certificate...then if it not.... they will asked u to drop it and also drop your photocopy of statement of results .. . And a fresh form will be given to u to refill with the correct names....note that is if the school are the one who made the error...is what I see and listen to there explanation.. ...okay I remember when I was Hnd one I went to collect my ND certificate on seeing the certificate I noticed that they wrote lower credit instead of upper credit....but in my statement of results and brochure it was upper credit...they make some verification if is from my side but later they notice is from ict and I did necessary requirement after 2 month they change it....but na with constant disturbance ooo |

chisiudeh:chisiudeh, You must be an online applicant. Sorry! The previous list of documents was meant for paper route applicants. The below are the forms you're expected to fill and upload during online applications. 1-) Study permit form made outside Canada IMM 1294, 2-) Family information form IMM5645. |

bbclue:bbclue, If the applicant can change this error on his certificate then fine!. If unable, a notarized affidavit will be sufficient. More so, at the POE issues regarding an applicant degree certificate won't be raised by the officers. The immigration officers at the POE are meant to ask you questions based on your current status as a student like: can I see your admission letter, intl passport, tuition receipts(if any), is it your first time in Canada? where are you from?, you have any money with you? etc.. and then issue out the study permit and SIN (for work). No one will ask after a degree certificate at that point in time, as is none of their duties to do such. 3 Likes |

Phocusjosh:Let's say after your app was reviewed and medical sent, then during final thorough review a fault was noticed, which if everything was equal should have been an approval. |

austinpee4, mcobex , Frankrobbn1 ,bbclue pls help Pls, i am not in any way doubting the veracity of your posts, but i once heard on this platform that photos are not allowed in paper route application, but i saw in a part of the IMM Questionnaire form that ='' From the individuals providing you financial assistance for your program. The letter must indicate their employment; their occupation; their relationship to you, their number of dependants and full contact details. For extended family member sponsorship please include proof of relationship (such as family tree, photos, proof of prior financial support of your education to date if applicable, etc).'' i am asking because i want to include photo of my uncle when he attended my graduation as prove that he has been supporting me for my education. |

Bro, you sound like you don't understand the Nigerian educational system, i want to believe you didn't school in NIgeria. If it takes an average of 2-3 years(or more) before you can get your certificate from a federal/state university, you think they are so efficient to just make a change for you? Just like that?! You don't think the process would be too long that he won't be able to wait? We all know we have a system that doesn't "really work". That said, if it is possible, he should go to his school and try, instead of this long thread of argument. If not, Frank's advice is the best option and he should do that now! We all know the earlier the better. But don't make it appear as though using a sworn affidavit is an impossibility. Well done sir! Cheers jnyuwa02: 4 Likes |

harde116: He should go to the school and try to enact the change to avoid questions we have abundantly raised here. No guts no glory, better try than depend on guesswork, 2-3 years is nothing but guess work. Share with the house what he finds out from school. At the very least a transcript with the correct name can be issued in a few weeks and that can also suffice even better than a certificate. Do the hard work in covering all your tracks, he won’t regret it. Case closed. |

Hello Please i need an urgent reply. If i have been conditionally accepted into mun and i apply for visa with the letter they gave me. What if i later send my ielts result and the give me full admission before the end of the month, is it possible to change it during my visa process |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by jnyuwa02: 6:12am On May 24, 2018 |
jacintaflavian: Yes absolutely it is possible if you know the visa office dealing with your application, you can email them your unconditional letter of admission. Unconditional letter is fine too as long as you show to the visa officer you have capability to meet condition. But unconditional letter is best. |
