So I escalated this complain to Lagos state lottery board yesterday, attached all the proofs and all, Nairabet called me some few minutes ago, apologizing and promising to refund all my money with all bets cancelled, that they had some technical issues yesterday and it's still being worked on.

I commend you for enforcing your right and being smart in the first instance by taking screenshots.
Nairabet should pay you for the emotional /psychological trauma they put you through. This is not machine error as they claim. No computer program replaces a previous receipt that was correctly issued and accepted by the customer. If the National Lottery commission and/or Lagos lottery board comes into the matter it would easily be established that this is an intentional human fraud. And appropriate sanctions should be applied. Am really stick and tired with institutional fraud going on in Nigeria. Even FirstBank is a champion in it.
Do well to keep us posted with developments.

The Lagos state lottery board is already involved, I can't remember any bookie calling me by themselves, but nairabet did with serious empathy . Patiently waiting for their resolution. Thanks.

Your bet was not tampered with, mine is beyond error in odds, nairabet edited my tickets, marked them loss & took my money. Hope you can see the difference now? if it was just error in odds, all bookies have the right to either void/cancel such bets or allow it as a sign of goodwill. Bet365, bet9ja and your accessbet allow this.

And I was not "happy", I was simply trying to educate you based on the clearly stated terms and conditions on betland.com, but you refused to be reasonable, always issuing chewing gum threats.
