Yes it does, it will give the estimated number of hours it takes to achieve that proficiency in English, usually they write 300-600hrs. They will also state the estimated number of hours for the rest of the subjects you took in WAEC and equally attest that you are eligible to be admitted into Nigeria University. Hope that helps.

I don't know the cost. Already told you who I know did that not long ago. They mostly require your WAEC Certificate and nothing more as I remember.

Life is okay here, nothing much just work and school routine. Yes I came here with student visa (National Visa type D) and later got my student permit.

no it doesn't cover all that=is tuition free and u will be paid a stipend during studies
u can't wait for them o, maybe one will benefit upfront...because me i have paid my tuition fees and i will be processing my visa stuff soon, so if am awarded the scholarship it will be upfront free tuition because i only pay for first semester

if u have applied already no p u just have to wait till 14 August the release that, but to be on a safer side if u really want to study this yr, u should apply to a university

You can put the intended date of arrival as a week or few days before the course start date. As for your date of departure after course, you can put few weeks to a month after finishing your course, doesn't matter coz you will be given additional 6 months to 1 year Resident Permit for you to find job and if you do then you can extend your Permit. Remember that for every 1 year you are legally studying in Poland counts as 6months towards you getting your Permanent Resident Permit, meaning for 5 years study you are 2 and half years counting, and the needed duration of time for granting of Permanent Resident Permit is 5 years.
