Let me help you grasp this better....as a female you didn’t start menstraution from birth, even though we all would agree that menstrauation is part of your birth formation, you only started bleeding probably at 11yrs old or 13yrs old. I hope this is simple enough to grasp.

Once again homosexuality could be from birth but would only be manifested when the person gets to mating age or stage, just like menstraution is biologically tied to you from birth but you only started menstraution at puberty stage.
