when did Kayode suffer injury?

People that have sense already told forgiveness why Kelechi is in the list as opposed to Kayode, but some people no free hear word

Statistically, Niangollan had a better season than others in the Belgian team, he dey list? Statistically, Icardi also had a better season than others in the Argentine team, he dey list?

So, what exceptional thing did Kayode do that we will not hear word on this thread?

What special thing did Iheanacho do? What special thing did Moses Simon do? What special thing did Ogu do? This is the point forgiveness is making. He saying give Kayode same opportunity given to this same guys.
When Iheanacho was not being featured by Puel, the cry was if you don't give him an opportunity how can he show what he's got.
So why does forgiveness' call for Kayode become an issue to the extent that he is being crucified? .

In truth it's impossible to give every player an opportunity to stake a claim. Forgiveness' problem is that he fails to realise that fact and in addition Rohr doesn't seem to like not just Kayode but Onyekuru.

Moses Simon and Kelechi are ESTABLISHED members of the team. What they did? Apart from score goals?

No be one goal Idowu score na wetin make am dey the team now? Are you implying that Kayode has not been given an opportunity? Because that would be a lie.

What kind of opportunity should he be given again? Does he have four heads? How many opportunities was Nwakaeme given? If someone decides to bring him up too, will you support the person?

Abeg, let us stop supporting nonsense simply because........someone did not make the list, shiit happens. He is not better than those who did, quote me anywhere. He did not show any outstanding value to the team, which is woeful considering his position, but there are others who met a similar fate and there is NO reason, why anybody should drag members of the team just because he feels his man did not get a fair deal. Which is FALSE

Kelechi is not the cause of Kayode's misfortune, Kelechi no be coach. So, on what grounds should Kelechi be constantly insulted to argue Kayode's case? Why is Kelechi the target at all times?

PS: We cannot compare NT to club football. That too has been established here, so the Puel and Iheanacho comparison is lost in this argument.

Kayode has been given enough opportunities, even if he did not score, he never got rave reviews either, so, why should he be on any list?

costa rica was bang average yet topped a group that had uruguay, england, italy in 2014. we are not fooling ourselves that we are not underdogs but logically we have seen with team work and good coaching we could probably get out of the group. argentina are favourites but they are very vulnerable, croatia have world class players but couldn't top their world cup qualifying group that had turkey finland iceland and ukraine so is it really a stretch believing we can beat them?

you are entitled to believe we don't stand a chance in hell but why begrudge someone from believing the opposite?
LOL, I never said we don't stand a chance in hell.
We actually have a very good chance of making it out of the group if we play to our strengths. Let's maximise those strengths and we scale through. But how strong are the strengths? Despite the massive bounds we've made recently, the team is still average. That is my point. I support the super eagles, but that won't make me lose objectivity.

Very good. They scored goals abi? Why did they score goal? Opportunity. Was it not cameos Kayode was given? Granted Iheanacho is not Kayode' s problem(before accusations get levelled at me that I hate Kc and that's why I mentioned Simon and Ogu) . I'm using him for the sake of argument and mind you I'm indifferent to Kayode and as far as bewailing Kayode's omission is concerned I have decried it.

The issue here is not Iheanacho, it's not Kayode. It's about none of the players. It's about us not the players. It's about using different scales to judge identical or near identical situations. When forgiveness calls out on it he's condemned.

If we are biased let us say we are biased and accommodate the bias of others and not label it with a name.

One thing I know is that if a man is persistent in accusing another of tribalism that's classic projection:accusing another of what you are guilty of.

tribalist usually find the tribalism of another man disturbing.

Let's quit all this accusations. Forgiveness is no tribalist in the sense of hating other tribes. I find the attempt to pin this tag on him too low. I know He's an eccentric kinda person. I have also accused him of tribalism but if you read him carefully all he wants is for Kayode to be given a chance just as Iheanacho has been given a chance.

If you have tribalism in your heart you'd twist that and it comes out like forgiveness is being tribal. you love Iheanacho but call another man's love for Kayode tribalism. Abeggi

And ultimately none of us is free from this tribalism thing. None of us! Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.

Enough of the accusations. It might gain you likes but you can't eat garri with it.

The bolded is the psychology term used for such peeps.

The next bolded is spot on.

It's still his opinion. Days ago one guy came here talking Jay Jay down. It was the most absurd opinion I'd read in a long time. In fact I felt the guy was an idiot but ultimately that was his opinion.

Argue with somebody till the end not that once the person gives you a choke hold you start screaming and crying tribalist, tribalist just because that sells here. It's weak to do that.

I am indifferent to Kayode. Infact forgiveness is making me tilt towards not liking him but please resist the temptation to take the part of least resistance and if you can help it, avoid reading him. No be by force.

True talk bro

If forgiveness wanted to argue sef, he for ask why Agbo dey list, we go understand. Forgiveness is called out because he does the SAME thing CONSTANTLY. You KNOW he will talk. He is PREDICTABLE like that, what do you now expect people to think?

As soon as that list came out, everyone knew who he would ask for. Can you say the same of others? Do you think there weren't people who frowned at Onyekuru's exclusion even if for biased reasons? Why did they not throw a tantrum and accuse Rohr of corrupt practices? Why should his excesses be condoned? Who else makes so much fuss about players selections?

If we are frank and sincere we would acknowledge the fact that Kayode has not been given an opportunity to show what he's got.

The talk about him being given an opportunity is absolutely false. Opportunity is not cameos. If cameos are opportunities then let no one excuse Iheanacho(yes I will mention him again because his situation presents an apt example) not being given opportunities by Puel.

In this context opportunities mean run of games not cameos.

Bias I can accommodate but bias masking as fairness I cannot and that's what we do here and when forgiveness takes our biased units of measurements and applies it to other players he is tarred and blackened.
