Techengine: You can shoot your shot with NSW/NT/TAS. With three options I will say you stand a chance of obtaining ITA. But you have to be meticulous about the process since you have no relevant experience. Search for region that doesn't lay too much emphasis on experience. You can also package your internship/SIWES experience to meet certain criteria |

jayooh: Thank you for your response. I actually have plenty experiences but not in one occupation/company Shelter Electronics - (Engineering) about 2 years FMGC company (Technical Procurement Officer)- 8 months Presently working with a telecommunication company since June 28 2017. I indicated all the experiences in my EOI but stated they are not relevant because I can't claim point for them Can I package all these better in any way? |

TAS will nominate you for 489. I know of someone that had 50 points and got TAS 489 in same occupation within 3weeks. [quote author=Techengine post=67862947][color=#770077]Hi everyone. Grangemor: Page 0 will answer your question. Just follow the links on 189, 190 and 489. However there are so many things involved not just ielts. This ielts result may be good enough for your assessment authority but again depends on your education, profession, experience and so many other factors. Your ielts result is quite good but won't fetch you any point towards any of the visa category cos u need 7 each, if it's a recent result, you can ask for remark for that speaking and writing part it could help change d 6 to 7 and above. Specific and informative question will get answers subsequently. 1 Like |

Grangemor: You score is zero (0), however, you still have a chance for Australia immigration if you take the test again and get at least 7.0 in all bands. |

I have always been on this thread reading posts but I have a little challenge which is limiting me from making a move of applying for an Australian PR. The challenge is this university tier tin. I graduated from Abia State University which I guess is a tier 2 Uni and my assessing body is aitsl( Education/Eng), 5years Job experience, 29years. I want to apply as a preschool teacher. Please I want to know if Aitsl does this tier tin just like other assessing bodies? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by bellong: 11:38pm On May 25, 2018 |
Ezilytina: I think AITSL is more interested in supervised teaching practice than university tier. @rosepetraa 1 Like |

Techengine: No problem with saying your experience is not relevant on EOI since u can't claim points for them. But you can coin these experience to satisfy requirements for state/regional nomination. Don't dull |
