There's no law that prohibits anyone from using different names so long as it is not used for fraudulent purposes. The one and the same person affidavit is sufficient explanation. However, as everything Nigeria, I'm sure his application will be scrutinised. There's nothing to worry about. To err on the side of surplusage, he may want to add a letter of explanation as to why he has different names. Even though he has stated so in his affidavit. Chik14: |

Well, I'm sure you would be referred to read Page 0. But before then, this your uncle with almost 15 years experience as a pharmacist should be somewhere close to 40 yrs old. He may not be the best applicant, especially if he doesn't have a first degree relative who is a PR or citizen of Canada and he didn't study in Canada. His CRS score may be quite low. My assumption is that his wife is younger, she would attract more points. I'll let the others answer you. tizzdi: |

See nonsense excuse from BC. I will take the offer and still sue them for negligence. Had it been you didn't request for re-mark, that's how you will lose this offer and have to pay another 75k. Thunder fire them grammy010: 4 Likes 1 Share |

Goodevening everyone, After filling our application form and uploading our documents, we tried to make payment using our Standard Chartered domiciliary account VISA card and it had declined 3 times even though we have sufficient funds in the account. Please what could be the problem. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve this? |

My husband's result : LRWS 8.5,7,6.5,7 He is saying he can't rewrite the exam ooo That he wants to remark. The annoying thing is that while he was preparing, he didnt allow me coach him neither did he accept my advice of using ieltsliz or jay or whatsoever. Do you think the remark will be favourable? 1 Like 1 Share |

flosk: I know how you feel but Oga did not do badly at all. Most times remarking for writing comes out positive. He should apply for a remark. 1 Like |

flosk: Only him can answer that question with total conviction. Other things to consider? Who did he write with? BC or MOD? The timeframe of 12 weeks versus a week or so of remark comes in here. Cost implications etc Who is the principal applicant? His score is actually fair for an accompanying spouse. All this should help you decide. Please take it easy. Anger will only bring about tension. His parents ooo... His mum gave birth to him abroad and gave the hospital names to put on the birth certificate and then brought him back to Nigeria and did naming and the father gave him a different 1st and middle name. So he maintained the Nigerian name until he was about 15 and found out he had a different 1st and middle name on his foreign passport but all his certificate, docs have his Nigerian name. What do we do pls? Elfmannisback: 1 Like |

Chik14:Just put it like this on the LOE. Affidavit is needed too-as u have done. And capture all the names on the eAPR and elsewhere. How did you fill out his part on the EE profile? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by TEECANN: 7:29pm On May 26, 2018 |
Abefeolu: If you can afford the time, remark (12 weeks minimum ) If you can afford the dough, in addition to the remarking, book another test. From your scores above, it's obvious that you have an above average competency level. So it's going to be a win-win for you- if lucky, your remarking (EOR) may yield a 7 for your writing whilst at the same time, you obviously have the capacity to do better at another sitting...See, it's a win-win (if you have the resources) By the way (BTW), what's your current CRS with the above score? What will it be if you have a 7 instead of the 6.5 in writing? Is the above score your first attempt? It will end in praise IJN! |
