But its unpredictability is akin to that of a chameleon:u could wake up the next day and all the channels are gone.

please house I need your advice, just started learning satellite installation recently. So for a start, I decided to buy a strong decoder like that of my boss. My boss uses SRT 4669Z, while I managed to get SRT 4669X which I use at home for the main time since I have not finished my learning process.
Now the problem is I am currently watching TSTV channels but some channels only have audio but no video. So am thinking of getting SRT 4955b but I don't know if it will show the channels not showing on my SRT 4669X and how good is SRT4955b for tracking?
Or better still which strong decoder will you recommend for both tracking and home use.
Please your opinions are highly welcomed.

I took time off my busy schedule to do a couple of installations @ Ikare - Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Here are the pictures.

DSTV Dish <=> 3W & 7.3W

EUROSTAR Dish <=> 28.3E,16E,9E & 5E

STARTIMES Dish <=> 68.5E,54.9E & 42.5E

A total of 9 satellites

Enjoy.

Blexxonmak..... One who shed light on my satellite tracking and aligning dark path. Well...... the path has been illuminated since then.
Big Ups.

. Stop wasting your money on another decoder because TSTV will soon move there channels to there original decoder so just be using your 4669 for installation learning because no other decoder is as easy for tracking that 4669 series for a beginner

@kd10
Follow the instructions here:

https://www.nairaland.com/436279/connecting-up-4-dishes-one#6179546

With 8*1 DiSEqC 1.1 switch, you should have an equivalent of 32*1 configuration.
You need only 4 ports to achieve 16*1 configuration.
If you need further clarifications you can send me a pm.
