So A and B contributes to build then after the cost of schooling is placed so high that only A can afford it makes sense to that chaff brain and her GO? If this people were the ones Jesus handed over christainity to , their selfishness, senseless and inhumane minds would have destroyed the religion or unleashed a fuxked version on the world. And na them claim santimonous pass.

If you still don't understand that these schools have to be maintained, then I cannot help you at this point.

In saner climes, the rich and elites contribute to uplift and educate the poor. In Nigeria semi goats cheer the rich as tgey manipulate to get the poor to contribute to educate the rich. And they wonder why the society remains a mess even with churches littered everywhere.

What is the difference between what these GO's do and what scammers do? Is it not the same spirit of manipulations and half truth? Or do they tell their members up front that "hey people contribute to build universities but your children cant afford to attend because bla bla bla"? They should try that lets see if their shenanigan manipulations wont backfire.

Black selfishness disguised into Christianity leading to convoluted brains everywhere.

Mr,

My post you jumped on and replied was directed to someone who wants free Universities from Churches.

If you didn't know the basis of our discourse, why were you so dumb to ignorantly jump on it? My response to you was following from the previous discourse.

The free things we were talking about was universities.

Now, crawl back into your hole and mind your business since you have nothing reasonable to say.

Mr goat stop supporting shenanigans in the name of whatever.

Senseless contribution. You have taken calculator to calculate the revenue of one church. Who told you this article is about rccg in particular? Next time also take calculator to calculate their expenditure so your unglorious brain can reealise how much Is remained to fund the thousands through schools.
You spoke of old missionary schools, why don't you go there and apply to school now and leave the modern churches for us mumu of the highest grade.

Good the devil in you is now revealing himself, trust me, you will burn in hell for your deceit against the kingdom of God in Jesus Name.

Optional contributions or not is not the issue here. The contributors benefitting is and missionaries who brought Christianity set some humanitarian standards opposite of which we see today by so called church leaders. That should concern any reasonable Christian. True Christians should not look the other way when the so called MOG are making a selfish mockery of the religion. Shut up and look away is not what the bible preached.
it is not a bad thing to start your own ministry and make education free abi even the public universities I can still remember vividly people from average homes struggle education. Is not cheap get that in your small head way back 2004 bed spaces alone where sold for 50k upward cos only first year and final year got allocation of bed space from the school education is not cheap okay

The point is that they should not be helping to fund it. If people are rich they shouldn't even be accepting funds from the poor. That is greed my dear.

It's not like the rich who give the most even have their kids in the schools,
And no Christian is under compulsion to support a project beyond their means.

But they'll rather give than give in to your pretentious concerns.

This is from 2nd Corinthians 8
2
KJV:How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
ESV:for in a severe test of affliction, their abundance of joy and their extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.
NIV:In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.
AMP:For in the midst of an ordeal of severe tribulation, their abundance of joy and their depth of poverty [together] have overflowed in wealth of lavish generosity on their part.
3
KJV:For to their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of themselves;
ESV:For they gave according to their means, as I can testify, and beyond their means, of their own accord,
NIV:For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own,
AMP:For, as I can bear witness, [they gave] according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability; and [they did it] voluntarily,
4
KJV:Praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift, and take upon us the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.
ESV:begging us earnestly for the favor of taking part in the relief of the saints—
NIV:they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the Lord’s people.
AMP:Begging us most insistently for the favor and the fellowship of contributing in this ministration for [the relief and support of] the saints [in Jerusalem].
5
KJV:And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God.

Thank God it's your opinion. Let me let you know that yearly salaries of academic and non-academic staff alone will gulp all that money and still not be completed. Electricity, equipment and general maintenance will take much more than that amount. Federal university fees are being subsidized. They're meant to be paying nothing less that 400k in some universities.
And really, can you compare the funding from the Federal Government to that of a single church. Really?

I really don't understand what your saying. How many lecturers do they have in federal universities? Most of them handle multiple courses, how much is their salary? The school fees of 100 level students alone might even take care of the lecturers salary per semester... Like I said, #justsaying... So explain to me how students school fees can't take care of the university's expenses.

Take a look at this excerpt from VC of UI in 2016:

However, while recently addressing parents and other stakeholders on the challenges facing the university, Prof. Olayinka did not hesitate to cite poor funding as the ample of discord in the university. In his words, “the crisis in this university since December last year has to do with allocation of scarce resources. We usually receive two types of grants from the government: personnel cost and capital projects fund. Since December, we have been having a shortfall of about N100million in personnel cost. The amount received from government can only pay 92 percent of the salary. Some workers insist that the university must pay in full. Where are we going to get more money?”

The VC further revealed, “last year, we got N140million as capital projects subvention for a whole year, this can barely pay the cost of cleaning the university. We spend N12million on cleaning the campus every month. We pay between N30million and N35million for electricity every month. We finance so many capital projects with our Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), unless federal government really decides to fund education, we still have some distance to destination.

You are almost right, the only mistake you are making: tertiary education versus primary and post-primary education. The white men didn't pay for your fathers to have free tertiary education because it was not affordable, they only paid for our primary education. Why do you now expect our own missionaries to pay for tertiary education to be free? My father went to school in precolonial and post-colonial Nigeria and even paid to be educated in both instances.

Goat, i dont need anything from the church but i must speak against their prosteterious shenanigans or robbing the poor to empower the rich. The church have a social and moral responsibility not to disenfranchise some of its members not just to serve the rich among them after collecting money from both the rich and the poor. Is that too hard for your thick skull to appreciate? If you have a problem with that go piss on a transformer.

If you want free education, cry out to those in government, mismanaging your money...or seek scholarship; the Church is not obliged to give you free education. You may as well remain in your ignorance.

Obviously you are a vuvuzela employed by these church mongers to be their e-warrior. Probably for pea nuts.
If these churches had any humanitarian agenda, they would chose service to the people over private jets. And God's name would be porpoerly glorified that way.
