Mujtahida:

thank you so much. thats a vital point. clearly the ability is there. for a player to say i prefer playing as an SS or 10 or as a false 9 is just said for fun? till now nobody has been able to point at one match where iwobi was scintillating as a winger. against cameroun even moses who is deemed a lesser winger to iwobi was brilliant. let them point to one match where iwobi was brilliant from the wings. no way.

moses simon injury is just the only factor now. we can have iwobi on the wings oo but how effective has he been and how effective will he be. even at arsenal has he really pulled it off as a winger? who knows maybe thats why he struggles and is very inconsistent. young players should be played in their natural or preferred postions. as they mature and based on capabilty you can alter their positions. i am not convinced(and its not because i dont want to but nobody has offered convincing fact) that iwobi has been effective from the wings in the GWG

Great point here. Well said.

Eze, Agu, Agbo, Ajiboye are not on the bench.

Are all four joining Simon Moses in the list of those who aren't going to World Cup?

Simy with a great shot that hits the bar

Like Icon4s said, there is little that can be done to fix the pitch in 2 days.

This game should have been played in Uyo.

Ebuehi with a nice shielding to deny Congo a goal kick

Save from Uzoho, defense shaky there.

Pitch is awful BTW

Nigeria escapes purnishment. Kelechi gave away the ball with a poor pass. Uzoho spilled the ball, and the defenders were quite shaky in clearing their lines

If the money will be coming back in tourism anyways why is this even an issue?

Rwanda is not a popular tourist destination like Kenya for instance. The idea of visiting genocide sites does not exactly appeal to holiday seekers.
The Brits see the sponsorship as an elaborate move to get choice directors box tickets for his family to watch Arsenal.
As you may know anyway, the western countries are seeking out ways to cut foreign aids to Africa, USA have made their position known to Nigeria.
Kigame just gave them another reason to revisit that policy once more.
