What's your point you just like Arguments. Simply say Moses and Mikel did not play. But I'd tell you there is more to believe in Moses going to the World Cup
what was your own point with saying Moses brags with the team if you were not looking for argument?

Some comments are highly unnecessary and that one was it. No need to drag the others down to elevate your Moses. Everybody brings something to the team, that is why it is called a TEAM

the Super Eagles Team A has not played at full strength or capacity this year. Remember that
To be honest, from the last three games(Poland, Serbia, Congo), l would say the team lacks that chemistry and sleek movement l saw in the second half against Argentina. The players do not seem to be firm on the ball and we do not keep possession very well.

They had months to prepare that pitch..

Bros, anything that involves Rivers State is highly politicized. I am sure the contract for all that was issued 3 times.

I wonder why people have concluded that Aina will be dropped just because he gave away a penalty. Haba! Y'all make it sound like it's Russian roulette. If Echiejile had received a red card instead of a yellow for that early tackle, I bet people would have declared him dropped. Make una take am easy na.

I am not bothered by the friendly as this was a test match and our players are trying to avoid injury. However, I found the stadium to be disappointing. Either build a new one or give it a makeover that brings it up to world class standards. Disappointing infrastructure for a country like ours. We need to take footballing more seriously here.

You cant fix a crappy pitch inn few months. Nigeria has a serious maintenace culture. They should have played in Eugene Esuene or Kano Pillars stadium

The coach already has the players, he wants to drop in mind. It will take only an outstanding performance to get your name off the list. I do not think anyone offered that outstanding performance.

The pitch stifled play and made the match ugly.
Simy offered an outstanding performance. I think right now it will be very hard to drop him

I do not think this friendly will change the coach's mind on who he intends to drop.

Same thing we are saying. The England game is the real test of who will perform under top notch pressure in 2018.

That is the only opportunity to change Rohr's mind.

Bros no be confidence matter now. Let's be realistic. Even if they do not inspire confidence, can team B go to the WC? We always want what we cannot have.

How can it not be a matter of confidence when the world cup is 2 weeks away?

No one kept possession in this match.. Uzoho was hardly tested. It is not as if Congo was great.

Anybody wey no dey watch dis match no dey deceived by Lokosa is balling.... Ebuehi is balling...... Simy is balling..... Iheanacho is careful.... because na fat lie be dat.

The Congolese dey dominate us and wey dey balling...?

Which kain balling be dat?

The point is the wings have been rendered redundant.

There is no penetration from there and I can see Lokosa lacks the technique or ability to play there. I don't even know who is playing on the otherside.

Iheanacho self no get position. He had a through ball that levelled him with the last and only man at the back and with just him and the keeper to beat but he messed it up big time.

Simy though tall but he is unable to win and hold unto the ball.

Etebo is lost in the middle.

Make I dey look.

Then who come dey play well? Because no Kayode abi?

Based on what we have seen in the last 3 games I think what will happen is that rohr will.be sacked after the WC because of a disgraceful showing and Nigeria will go looking for a home based coach and the merry go round begins again.

The game against England will be a formality of the continued mediocrity that we have seen. The SE do not know how to keep possession which is our mainstay. Nope we are looking at a pounding at the WC.

I'm looking at the quality of football on display not even the results. Without a couple of players, the team should be good enough to play some decent footie. We are not Argentina.

But this is not the first time Rohr is playing him there naa
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by ChrisKels: 7:37pm On May 28, 2018
Joel Obi was forcing it, Agu was more calm and calculated and he didn't give away unnecessary fouls like Joel did in the first half.

True, Congo wasn't great either, but they had this chemistry and imposing play.
l understand your point about the pitch but l think we played almost thesame way we played against Serbia, pitch or no pitch, but then again l believe we can only judge from against England and Czech because then the final list would have been made public.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Icon79(m): 7:38pm On May 28, 2018
I think they took the game to PH because the Rivers state governor was gonna rain $$$ on the team and their officials. So the NFF thieves decide to take the game to such a horrible pitch. They don't give a damn about protecting the players, all they care about is their pockets.

Gang of thieves!!!

how? because he caused a penalty? bros this can happen to the best defender in the so there is no exception to that. aina is miles better than elderson

Aina eliminated himself with that rough challenge that gave them the penalty cum equalizer.

I feel that we are going to see a different SE versus England. All the players are excited about the friendly and seem very eager to play that match. We’ll also be fielding a full strength team.

It is just born out of pitty and sentiments.

Ola Aina, is a talented young player. But he is not ready for the challenge at this level.
