Also there are cars that will have certain problems@ certain mileage e.g the accord 03-05 V6 will have transmission failure around 150,000-200,000miles, what's the point accepting 1 problem and declining the other? Best to decline vehicle from the start.

yes it does, also if i try to start it immediately it cranks for like 10 sec before it powers. i hv tried scanning yet not fault codes. could it b kick starter issue.

Then gazzuz please what is normal RPM for 1998 camry mine was sligtly above 1. and gear is engaged it get to 1 balance and if ac is on on gear its slighly lower, if ac is on on neutral or park mode, its stay on 1, if no ac on and park, or neutral is slightly around 1.1 or 1.2. please let me know if this is normal rpm rate for the car

RPM is btw 700-800 when it's on park, but drops to 700-750 when engaged. it's 4 plugs
