Is it that their customer service is inefficient or what?? Cos ayam not understanding

Called yesterday, spoke to a representative who got my details and promised to call back. When he called, he apologised for the delay that it was due to some logistic issues but that hopefully it will be back soon.

3 weeks.
that was because I didn't send my certificate...i had to write them concerning the delay... I sent it after they replied me.

so typically, it's 2 weeks...anything after, try contact them.

1. You can apply for a new passport before the 6 months expiry. Did it for my son and no hassles. Depends on who is helping you in immigration tho.

2. Having a valid visa on the previous passport will not be an issue if you are travelling.

Already page 200. I pray for PPR before page 400. Let me go and face my work for now

Almost always. It depends on the information you fill in and how well you score on your language test.

Mine was different, my actual score was 22 points higher due to my IELTS score being higher than 8777 (maxing out in every section) and evaluation of my degree as a professional degree.

Please go ahead and write your exams... WES evaluates ACCA Advanced Diploma which one gets after writing F4-9 as a three year degree... so I strongly believe that F1-3(diploma) will be evaluated as a one year degree (if one has gotten no exemption)...

please prepare well for your exam and excel..

I have been reading a lot of IELTS story but I beg to differ that IELTS are doing this on purpose. How can someone score 8.5,9,8 in LRS and score 6.0 in writing? it happened to a friend...she was devastated and wanted to rewrite but got a trip to USA. I advised her to write it in NY and she followed my advice. Result is out and she got 8.5,9,8.5,8 in LRSW. Lest I forget, she said she didn't have chance to even read again but wrote the exam based on residual knowledge and from her previous study of IELTS. These people are deliberately puncturing scores cause they know the damage 6.0 or 6.5 can do.

Dont waste your time on that. You either fax or call them. If you call they may keep you on hold for several minutes. To answer your question, they dont give the best customer care experience

Well I have called WES twice and they pick immediately, I usually call around 8pm. The Customer service rep are very friendly.

Hello house, I am new here and i have been trying to read through the posts to understand the whole application process but it looks like my case is a little different because I am a little lost
So my husband and I applied for the Canadian federal skilled workers programme in 2016 through an agent I. Canada but we are yet to get any form of correspondence showing application fee has been paid or that the office got our application.
The agent, an immigration lawyer claims the firm has filed our application and that there is a backlog of applications that need to be dealt with before it can get to out turn. She advised we change our application to express entry and that we would not need to pay another application fee, just go ahead and donour ielts. We have been dragging our feet on our ielts becos we are yet to see any proof of action from this agent.
Please, what documents do we need to ask her to show us to know she is actually doing something? And how long does it take them to view your application
N:B...all documents have already been sent, certs, police reports, etc etc. It only remains transcripts and ielts
Please advise further, we have spent a lot on this already but we do not see any progress

General question, my date of birth isn’t included in my transcript but I included the transcript request form that has my dob and stamped by the sch. Will this be accepted by Wes as my sch says they don’t include dob in transcript
