I have a major problem with the religion aspect more than anything else. This is because Nigerians by nature are hypocrites as Jesus called the Pharisees whether "Christendom" (exemption JW/True Christians)or Muslims. The truth be told, some will use Mal 3:10 to rob their congregants blind, ending up using their tithe to buy private jets, set up enterprises like universities etc which has no connotation to Bible teachings nor do their pastors care about the morals, Biblical wisdom/knowledge of their congregant John 3:17. The Muslims on the other hand will want to have you believe they have a religion of Peace and they practice the opposite, they talk of immoralities and undermine women with vails as if only women causes immoralities (their men and women are worst morally than ordinary secular individuals). They preach no education but they want the best the western education has provided in democracy and all. Let everyone do their religious things in private without coming out with it to "disturb others with their hypocrisy as it were". Let the political matter be done without religious injection as they are two unrelated matter when it comes to true GODLINESS learn from JW and see what this really means. Politic In itself is a necessary evil and addition of religion is a bad combination as we see in Nigeria. Nigerian leaders take note!

@sean100x: FYI, Mimiko is Christian, Adefarati of Ondo (governor from 1999 - 2003) was Christian, his successor Olusegun Agagu was also Christian, Former Osun state governor who ruled the state before Aregbesola (Olagunsoye Oyinlola) and his deputy at the time were BOTH Christians and Muslims did not go on a rampage in the state. Former Governors of Ogun state from 1999 - 2011 (Olusegun Osoba and Gbenga Daniel) were Christians. All Governors of Ekiti since '99, Fayose, Niyi Adebayo and FAyemi were all Christians. Currently Ambode is a Christian, Akeredolu is also a Christian, Fayose is a Christian. Yorubas are not into your, bigoted, and hate-inspired way of life since you lots see everything from an ethnic and religious lens. Stick to your ipob agitation.

Of course he has to as dictated by the Muslim owned party and largely yoruba muslims. Remember Fayemi was born Muslim, and 75% of Yorubas are muslims. 80% of all SW states governors since 1999 are Yoruba muslims.

You didn't prove anything, you just made a bogus claim. I school in Ekiti, there aren't much Muslims in Ado - Ekiti upwards to Kogi. But you begin to find Ekiti Muslims when approaching inner towards Ondo and Osun. This is a fact!
