The first half was scary for the Warriors, the Rockets lead kept getting bigger n bigger. Thank God for the 3rd quarter magic. Haters should stop complaining about referees. Rockets have gotten the lions share of free throws in almost every game against the Warriors, in fact Rockets got 8 more free throws than the Warriors in game 7. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Manutd19: 9:48am On May 29, 2018 |
Harden is salty and rightfully so. Easy for the warriors to mount a comeback in any game due to the overwhelming personnel at their disposal. I don't like their attitude towards the game but they can do it. CP should drag LeBron to Houston for a final showdown next season and let's see if the warriors will keep playing lazy in first half |
Re: The NBA Begins by Decale: 12:13pm On May 29, 2018 |
Manutd19: Harden has no right to be salty abeg. He too was building a super team... If CP3 likes, let him recruit Bron. He'll start walking on crutches the first game of playoffs leaving Bron and Harden to be fighting for first option...

The warriors always get lucky with cp3 injury blah blah blah. Man there is a team that went to a game 7 against rookies in the east after losing two of its best players. Be humble 2 Likes |

donlittle25: Lol! Look at this midget. Hayward has been out since day one, the Celtics went into the playoffs without Kyrie. They beat the heat and Philly and people picked them to beat the Cavs. But this midget is too short to see further than his nose. If Kyrie had gone down for the Celtics while they were beating the Cavs, then you could have come here to spew your drivel, midget! |

2015 finals. Kevin Love and then Kyrie with Cavs in the driver seat. 2017 WCF Kawhi while the Spurs were beating the brakes off of them. 2018 WCF CP3 while they were getting their butt handed to them. No fault of their own of course but anyone who tries to claim that luck isn't also a factor for this team must be mentally challenged. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 5:38pm On May 29, 2018 |
With all that said, I'm looking forward to the biggest upset in recent sports history since the Cavs came back from a 3-1 deficit in 2016. |
Re: The NBA Begins by etidy: 6:12pm On May 29, 2018 |
Let's not kid ourselves this series was only close because the warriors choked in game 4 and 5. They lost a 10 point lead and scored abt 15 points in the fourth quarter of game 4. With iguodala in the line up I think this series would have ended in 5 especially with his stellar defense on harden and chris Paul holding them to 1 / 41 when defending them in isolation. Another perspective that's bee overlooked is that although Curry was physically fit, he hasn't played much with the Hampton 5 this year and this showed in their execution in tight games. The better team ultimately won. Cavs vs warriors depend on the cavs defense and winning the offensive rebounding battle to get second looks, if they are average in both, the series maybe over quickly. 3 Likes |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:15pm On May 29, 2018 |
Here comes that iguodala rubbish again. A team with 3 elite defenders is blaming iguodala for defensive woes. LMAO There is no series here, most likely going to be a sweep. It is what it is. |

BarthramLestat: Lifted from YouTube. How original. When Kawhi went down and Spurs still blitz Rockets by 37 Injury did not factor. Or when Kyrie and Love were playing and the Cavs were still down 3-1 Or when we’re losing by 3 or 4 pts by missing shots in the 4th nobody attributes that to us missing shots or the fact that Rockets got 12+ free throws per game than GSW. Nobody remembers we shot ass from the FTs. Nobody remembers that we won by 13, 41, 29 before yesterday. Nobody recalls that Klay got 3fouls in 4mins in the first Q. They spoke about 4pt plays forHarden? Cool. Rockets were still up by 15 after the missed call. Harden still got 2 useless pairs of 3pt freethrows in game 6 that showed nobody touched him. Curry? Curry was hit on every possession that he went to the paint yesterday. Please, read me, EVERY POSSESSION that he went for a 2. Guess how many free throws he had? 0 Looney missed a dunk. Draymond missed a dunk. Both were fouled on each of those possessions. Moving screens? Rockets used that all series long to force the switch. They moved Curry on all screens to force him to Harden. Hand checking by Harden and CP3? My God Harden used his elbow at least 3 times yesterday that was uncalled. Rockets lost because they missed 27 3s? How about 3 wide open 3s that Curry hits closing his eyes? He missed those too. That is 9pts. What about some easy deuces that KD missed together with free throws? That won’t keep the game close? Klay bricked even 2 wide open 3s. That is not an extra 6 pts? I need chips with the salt you are brewing here. 4 Likes |

etidy: Games we lost by 3 and 4. Lol. Rockets beat GSW 22, 3 and 4 = 29 GSW beat Rockets 13, 41 (CP3 playing) and 29 before game 7 =83 The difference is 54 in 3 games. LOL I just read somethings and laugh. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 6:23pm On May 29, 2018 |

It was a good run. Now we have to endure warriors fans pride and crap for the next year. Esp the bandwagoners, who are usually the most annoying. Even though that pride almost cost the warriors. 2 fouls in a minute and klay was still feeling cool. Smh. Aight then. We will be back. Good basketball by both teams anyhow. Warriors were the more seasoned team. On to the finals! |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 6:44pm On May 29, 2018 |
Eruditor: 1 Rockets aren't warriors 2 3-1 down and still won How does all of that drivel you posted change the fact that Chris Paul got injured and it's not the first major injury break you got during a playoff series? |

BarthramLestat: Yes with suspensions and injuries that you don’t wanna hear but will easily point it at any GSW fan when it favors you. But when Jazz had to play them without Rubio it was not luck for them? I don’t even want to bring Cavs into this because you would take a hike if I start. Alls I wanna know is, how Steph played games 6 and 7 without a single free throw in games that refs helped GSW in or how Rockets somehow have huge leads in games 6&7 (without CP3) and still lost, when the only games they won with him had us tied at half time? 1 Like |
