for those of you Experienceing "access denied " the truth is, that account cannot work, so you need to register another account with a new email and make sure you swap your surname with first name vice versa so that you won't have this message "sorry your application is pending please check your email for further instructions ". After that you will receive a new message from frsc in the new email you register with, make sure you make use of gmail. then log in and go to where your profile is and rearrange your name, then you click update. after that go to application and click on my application and you begin your registration.

Are you sure the resized passport has not lost the required quality (blurred). If it is OK, I can help u with uploading subject to acceptance.

Once it’s within 50 - 100kb make its saved in .jpg and .jpeg otherwise it won’t accept it.

it's 58kb self in .jpg but keeps showing failed path. When it was wrong size it indicated so but now that it's right size it's showing something else.

infinix note 4,the funniest part is I have changed the location of the picture to dfff folder its still the same, transferred its to my tab it's still the same, used laptop, it's still the same.

I got a different result. I will need the original passport before resizing.

It is the file format. It is not recognised as jpg even though the passport's property shows the jpg. May the format has been lost to resizing. If you have the passport in original form before resizing, you can send it so that I can resize using the laptop. See the attached for returned message.

I was scuffling with this very stated issue of uploading passport for a while now, not until now that I found the solution.

once your passport is within 50-100kb and you can't still upload it, then go to rename the particular passport with (jpg) don't include the bracket please, after that proceed to upload it.

That's the easiest solution to it.

It perfectly worked for me.

the 'next button' is at the right down side of the page, opposite the previous button. Better still, its on the same line with the previous button.

Maybe you should zoom out by double tapping your screen to display the page in full. The next button is always there.

No wonder, the original passport is even less in size (28.67) than the resized one (about 58kb). I was expecting to see a higher one in terms of size and quality. The same thing happened to me. I had to scan a cleaner copy and use the PC to resize before I was able to upload it successfully. Advice: scan a new passport and send it. The size may be within or higher than the required, I will adjust. Thank you for your trust and confidence.
