I don't see how sitting at home will mean breakdown in law and order. Rather Umahi, saying that he will seize the shops that close today, will achieve that breakdown in law and order.
I will advice the South-East leaders to get a copy of Machiavelli THE PRINCE and read it.

You're asking the SE governors to read 'THE PRINCE'? shocked

You're giving them too much credit! grin

The Way Southeast Governors Act Is Appaulling And Humillating. Umahi And Obiano Dishing Out Statement After ACF Released Statement Yesterday Makes Me Wonder If They Have Balls At All. Or Is It True That They Are Second Class Governors? Has ACF Condemn Fulani Herdsmen Or Issue Any Statement In That Respect? June 12 Cannot Be Denied To And By Any Yoruba Citizen And Their Governors. Why Is S.E Governors So Timid?

Our political elite (for the entire south, and not just the south east) have been a huge part of our problem since the end of the uncivil war! sad

Government schools in Aba are on holiday today. I can't say who declared it but it may be connected to the IPOB declaration. Apart that, the area is calm. Street boys are playing football. God bless Nigeria.

But those threats are inconsequential. Had they issued same those days they were seeking for second term votes? No!

I see the common man and the downtrodden forsaking the streets today. It is their own way of registering their greivances

Forget Biafra and follow the foot steps of the Yorubas and you will see things in a positive way.
They are too blind to see how the yorubas are quietly planning to break up trough building their region... Lagos State for example. Every nooks and crannies of lagos massive capital projects are on going to sustain to the entire region economically just in case the time comes. It's a pity the igbos prefer noise making.

Pictures of:

1) Second gate junction, Army barracks along Onitsha Enugu express
2 and 3 by Zik's roundabout Awka road.

Would give an update later in the day.
Decided to take keke so that people would know there's movement and public transport is working.
Only lazy people and people scared of any skirmish that can happen stayed back.

If u call this one movement, I pity for you
