gamaliel9: Not good news bro. The WC is 13 days away and 15days to our first game. If he is not playing active football now it may likely affect his performance in the first game. That guy may have become match rusty by then. If he doesn't feature in any of the friendlies I think he should not start our first game. He may be later introduced into the game depending on how the game is progressing. Or in our subsequent games. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Kog45:chief sorry if it comes across that way. Everything you have said now is exactly what I have been saying, but forgiveness and komekn chose to ignore. I have already said ajagun deserves to be called up and I have apologized for calling him old and washed up Post Russia we may see Ajagun. I will change my tone if it sounds confrontational. Sorry once again. 1 Like |

eterisan: One question ❓ How many of the so called innit boys have you spoken too . By the way I am not an agent. You have EVADED the substance of this discourse which is not Nwakali but a system that enthrones subjective favouritism over objective measured substantiated quality consistent continous outstanding performance. Your response is garnished with your prejudice over the divide you create with what you define as Nigerians. You may find it hard to believe, but it's actually easier for a Nigerian national youth team player to get in than an innit boy as you put it. Your prejudiced sentiment is underpinned with lack of knowledge bigotry, very sad indeed. |

Mujtahida: Which of the other wingers is more effective than Iwobi on the wings? Besides, I don't think you have described Iwobi's AM abilities better than I have done here. |

darkelf: Nigeria did well qualifying from the group stage, however the magic has left them. They have not been playing well. They were lucky against Poland. Nigeria did not create much chances, the one that fell on Ighalo's path was wasted, a better and much more composed striker would have blasted the ball at the roof of the net. Lewandoski nearly scored a beautiful goal. Serbs exposed Nigeria. Joel Obi struggled because his talent and ability are limited. You can't give what you dont have. I think stress or age might be telling on him. He works too hard when a much gentle approach would have done the job. Onazi is becoming too fat, he is overweight, that might become evident soon. For those shouting 25 years, body structure is different, a Mikel can not be compared with an Onazi, Mikel might play longer than him. Mikel is tall, slim and lean. fat/muscle ratio is less for Mikel. I rememebr a certain Garuba Lawal, his type might play till they are 45 and fans would see him as a 29 year old, compare him to Abedi Pele or Roberto Carlos...those type of footballers with massive thighs and low centre of gravity who are power horses in their 20s but accumulate fats all over like michelin man in their 30s. Before i digress....Nigeria will lose against England and they will be chasing shadows against Croatia. Pros...This is a chance for Simi who has potential to shine and get better club, i think he is a good footballer with very good prospects. Ebuehi, Ekong, Awazie, Idowu, Agu should utilise th opportunity to help their careers. Iheanacho and Musa should try and shut up British fans who think they are not good enough. If they all fail, this is the chance for Uzoho to propel himself to better height. It's one chance they should grab it. It might not come again. 6 Likes |

Icon4s:This is our major problem we tend to discard player easily based on age even if he is still performing. At 25 these guys are still young and if they can continue with good performance then they are good for 2022 WC. |

komekn:TIA. So your objective and non emotive stance is not about nwakali but the system. One that should invite tega, ovie and seyi over nwakali for the athletico game..... Am I getting you right. Secondly you mean nwakali would find it easy to get a work permit and walk into the arsenal team better than tega for Liverpool onomah for Tottenham and seyi wherever he is, rather than been loaned across Europe? Please elucidate, I want to learn. And also care to explain how I am now a bigot and also prejudiced? Especially over you? |

Kog45: They discard them when their experiences are needed most. And we begin all over again and be giving excuses of presenting a young and inexperienced team. Calling it a team for the future. That future way no dey ever reach . 4 Likes |
