I am afraid I can't come up with a plausible NOC for this your Oando JD yet. I am trying to see how it matches NOC 1111. Am I missing something? The letter looks good though. What was your job role in GTB? Your NYSC experience might work if it is well defined. 442 is a pretty fine score.

The hr in gt have refused to answer me. My noc while at gt is IT support officer noc 2282

@mcstan18, I think you should have stated one semester evaluation in that enquiry you made to WES instead of one year. If that was the case, and we got that response, it would have been fine.
Naturally, you know one semester nọ follow.

I'm just seeing that. Where did they get the idea to provide NOC for you? Wetin concern them concern your NOC? Do we use NOC in Nigeria? Can't you request them to edit that out of the letter that it's inaccurate information? Otherwise an LOE should cover this, that we don't use NOC in Nigeria and the person who wrote the letter is not properly informed and so put a code that doesn't match your job duties.

Only the applicant can determine their NOC, even the people in charge of NOC will not impose any NOC on you.

Requesting for a new one without noc 1111 is not the issue but the real issues are:

1. The job description doesn't match any noc (can you think of anyone
2. The one year as a total is split between 2 periods( ie 1 month in 2011 and 11 months in 2012.

I had no idea about the bolded until when my cousin invited me to come help convince her husby to make the canny move. I was like you mean you couldnt? That cant be an arduous task na! Anyways, I travelled down, sat down with her husby and tabled the merits and demerits, broke down all i know about the process, settling down in canada, the opportunity cost of failing to make the move and even told him they could just shortland and keep it as a backup... He asked alot of questions, i answered and he seemed convinced. We had spent virtually the whole day on the issue but i was excited that it was an accomplished day.

Two months later we were back to square 1, he began asking the same questions all over again. It has taken us a year to get him to just sit for IELTS! Marriage calls for alot of diplomacy to get two people to sail in the same direction, not sure how I would fare at that when my time comes...

Now I see what the issue is. January 16 to December 18 is 337 days, short of a year by 30 days.

You must have at least one year, in the last ten years before you submit your electronic application for permanent residence, of continuous full-time work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in a skilled occupation listed in Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the 2016 version of Canada’s National Occupational Classification (NOC).
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Newmum0615: 10:27am On Jun 01, 2018
That one isn't even the issue. The issue is the fact that we haven't seen NOC that matches it. Also, the one year experience is not continuous. My take is that the GTB experience is her best bet. @flosk can you go the route of doing a notarized self-declaration of your job duties? People abeg comment on this abeg. Let's proffer a solution.

Good morning everyone. woke up to a mail from BC that my EOR has been concluded. My score for writing changed from 6.5 to 7. Just enough for me to have csr score of 461. Requested for remark just 2wks ago. was already planning on writing another one while the EOR is still being processed.

#backtosilentreadermode
Wow ...2 weeks? that's awesome...I hope it wasn't that the examiner scored you 7 but while inputing your score on the TRF/score sheet /online the person in charge was so used to seeing candidates scoring 6.5 in writing grin grin grin that he/she recorded 6.5 instead of 7 for you because they actually verify the scores again when you request EOR before sending out for remark ....all the same...Congratulations!!!

Cic has a direct link to the hr in gtb. If the dates on my notarised letter don't match with the response of gtb hr when contacted by cic, there will be issues. Something similar happened to some gtbank staff last year and cic banned them for 5 years (their supervisor did a notarised letter for them which didnt match with that of the hr response

Yes cos service dates in GTB won't be up to one year. NYSC is one year, but one month is spent in camp/ settling into PPA and service year ends one month before the documented end date. So longest time you could have spent in GTB is 10 months.

What did you do immediately after December 18 2012? Did you by any chance go and work in one of your uncle's companies?

Also, any possibility that the break between 2011 and January 2012 can be interpreted as unpaid maternity leave?
