I'm experiencing access denied too. I unregistered my previous account and register with another email address new phone number and rearrange my name but still getting the same access denied when I log in with my new account.

There is issue with your account, create new email, then re register again. Re arrange your name when applying this around, like bring your surname as other name, don't work you can edit it when you start full application, you do that to bypass error stages.

I'VE TRIED EVERY POSSIBLE COMBINATION, ITS STILL THE SAME.

Given up is not an option, for those of you experiencing one problem or the other, solutions to those problems are already on this thread, if only some of you can take your time and read through this thread. if you need help, people are willing to help you through the registration process. we should be talking about "how the recruitment process is" and share ideas.

When you login you will see where your name is on the top right corner, where you have change password. Click on your name and it will show you edit profile

You have to resize it, it must be greater than 50kb and less than 100kb. Use Microsoft paint to resize it

You log in into your account and click on Your name at the right of your page. It will take you to a portal, click My Account. Then scroll down to click Unregister. Use System for good result.

It means your passport is not in the right format! save your passport in the right format which is jpeg(jpg) and resize it to 50-100kb

I don't know why some persons are not finding this stuff easy and smooth! The site is very user friendly to me and i will rate it above the FFS and Prison Service site. You guys just need to follow instructions...As simple as that.

1. If you have the option of using a PC for the registration, don't use a Mobile Phone but if you don't have a PC or cant access any registration center/Cafe around you, then you can make use of your phone but be ready to encounter some issue as you might not really have it all smooth. While making use of Mobile Phone, put your phone in "desktop View" as this will give you a PC version of the site on your mobile.

Now to your Question, Go to the recruitment site, Click on Applicant's Login, it will bring where to put your User ID and your password sent to you, do that and submit and then continue the registration.

I don't think anyone as talked about uploading any documents save the passport photograph which is the only document. So continue with your registration and follow the steps and instructions you see on the site.
