Pacific Rim: Uprising- Very entertaining, action filled even though it was a tad childish. Jon Boyega is becoming very prolific in his role interpretation. Another thing is the producers seem to scour the earth for very attractive supporting actors. Elba in the first movie, and the ridiculously handsome Scott Eastwood in the second. His face was a distraction from all the explosions and CGI flying around the screen.
Sound track was also superb

I was completely wowed by this particular movie, Idris Elba role as Mandela was captivatingly astonishing, Now I get why some people were criticizing the black panther cast.

Honestly, I think actors like Idris Elba or Chiwetel Ejiofor( in HALF OF THE YELLOW SUN) would have done an amazing job as the lead actor of the black panther movie. But sadly enough, both of em are already minor casts in some other Marvel movies.

This speech by Idris Elba at the trial, literally gave me goose bumbs.

Besides I didn't buy the whole 15 year old building a very complicated machine like a Jeager part, that's why I didn't pay attention to her much. You can teach them to pilot a Jeager, but build one??
