Just scheduled another interview for June 8 next week, and am filling my ds160 but in the space provided for reason being denied I dont know what to write that would be justifiable in the eye of the VO.

Meanwhile we intend paying hospital bill...will it increase my chances or wont it look desperate.

Also intend going with my DH dorm acct statement which wasnt presented in previous interview together with d Gtb statement and coop statement presented earlier. Gurus mbok kindly advise.

present those stuffs that were not there before and also boldly tell them u think the other vo does not access u well. my 2 kobo though

No need to be scared, my bill was $15,063.26 and got a self pay discount of 13,313.26 so paid $2,650. Renewed my visa last month without any hitch. just take the self pay billing list from your hospital and attach it to your invoice. (That was what i did so the first thing the VO saw was the list) . All the best.

So happy to hear your good news..I'm in the same situation although I haven't submitted my application yet. I've been reading religiously to be sure i am ready for an interview if I get called in.

Can you and @Chibertha please help with Quest Diagnostics? After so much back and forth in the last 2 yrs, they refused to honour the hospital discount. Had to pay $1700 for the prenatal tests done, now they can't provide me with a zero-balance stmt. I paid over the phone too so no receipts.

Can you please advise if there's a way around it?

What appointment letter r u talking about? Doctor’s? If so no problem take with you n present it if asked or you feel will help ur case at the interview.

Hello All, am new here. Anyone traveling to Atlanta july-October dat wants to share apartment, please let me know

I used oakbend and Dr Z. I was able to get a discount for the epidural, speak to the lady at the front desk, she will assist you. Cant remeber her name now. Also for delivery, u dont need to come with anything other than your change of clothes , baby's clothes to leave hospital . There will be diaper and all the other things the baby needs at the room including milk . Just go very light because all the things i parked , i didnt even use them.
Call their billing office ,and request for a discount, thats after u are discharged. Hope this is helpful.

Yep! DW used them Dec'17 to Jan'18 and we used Dr. Suarez as main Doc while baby Doc was Dr. Akin

Pls, did DW get to know whom her docs wld be while still here or after her first appointment with doctores? And was she given the option of changing docs if the one given to her wasn't to her liking? I apologize for the many questions

prepayment does not guarantee a visa. Just go prepare and go have a honest chat with the VO instead of being interviewed
