Who noticed the change after the 3-5-2 switch and the calm Ogu gave the defenders. Rohr should drop both Joel and Onazi the rest are good to go and I see no reason Shehu would start ahead of Ebuehi again. Iwobi was the boss of the midfield. Ighalo should have been brought out in the first half
So Brian Idowu Don turn starter like this.
Elderson Echiejile.
How the mighty have fallen.

Guys, Troost Ekong is a super solid defender, yo! And he has a way of winning the ball without foul. My only concern now is Leon Balogun. I don't know what happened but Balogun seems to have lost form badly.

O pari

dont forget Ebuehi , he kept the guys there silent also gave their wing back alot to worry for

Fourth match Joel Obi is starting and I still can't see what exactly he brings to the table.

I think our passing game improved dramatically in the second half. Hence I won’t be giving the team some knocks. We learnt two or more things from this friendly that would help us tremendously going forward.

This game could have ended 1:1 if not for Uzoho's error. This is why you need a top goalie, they usually make the difference.
let the boy be, its not like other goals wouldn't have gone in the first half.

First of all, shocking first half.. We lost the midfield battle.. Joel Obi was getting into everyone's way. Onazi kept misplacing passes.

Ebuehi is miles ahead of Shehu, How people do not see that, is baffling...

Ogu was great.. Ogu and Etebo stabilized the middle.

Ndidi and Ogu/etebo might be our best midfield combo.

Overall, good test..

I hope Joel Obi gets dropped.

The reason, it was not more than 2:0 was because of Uzoho.. He did a decent job

Yet it could have been a draw if he saved the ball that went through him.

You are one of those hyping this team. Have you seen reality. It's a different ball game when you play a team that is disciplined. Onazi, Joel Obi have no business in that team. They don't have the mental strength and talent to compete at this stage. Onazi need to lose weight. I doubt if 0gu can be a better replacement to Joel Obi. Obi i am sorry to say has no business in this team. Onazi need to go but do you have a better replacement. Simy Nwankwo should be tried, let Iwobi support him. Iwobi makes the runs but poor movement and positioning limits his creativity.

Mikel need to man up and coordinate his midfield.

To the Mods banning me, I don't hate Nigeria, i just tell boastful and arrogant people here who think they have better knowledge of football to keep quiet. I have not seen those so called intellectuals contributing.

Your tails are all behind your legs.
Hype? How is supporting the team mean hype? It's not a matter of team, the issue the bad eggs in the team. Joel and Onazi. especially. If Rohr ever picks Joel then he's in sane.

We have the best players to play 3-5-2. Etebo and Ogu weldone sir. You don shut your doubters up
Shukusheka:

Exactly what I have been saying, we have been struggling because our tactics hasn't been able to match England's 3-5-2 formation. We need to change to 3-5-2 to match them player for player.

Onazi and Joel oni don’t have any business in our first eleven. They should f:cking fasten their belt on the bench. Infact Joel obi need to be drop. 3:5:2 is the right formation so we need to perfect it.

Ball was quick, Ekong was in front of him. So he saw that ball very late. Dude that would have beaten any GK. There was no school boy error. He has a good command of his area. I no sabi why people are always watching his errors self. Cut this guy some slack joo.

Of course, having a bad team and a very good goalkeeper, is just about delaying the inevitable but in this case, if his reflexes was sharper, he should have stopped that ball because it slipped right under him.
If we can't accept this much, it means we have really low expectations of those representing you and me.
