He proved today he can play as part of a 3 man back line, enabling Rohr to play a 3-5-2 and this cut off the dominance of d English midfield

Funny how people make mistakes with technicality of football, Ogu is quite too heavy and slow; though played out of position but Onazi should not be dropped, Joe Obi should be home... They played well in the 2nd half and if Mikel had been 7-10 years younger, the outcome would have been different. Great game and even greater atmosphere.

there are many players who aren't splendid at club level but do well at international level and vice versa. There are many unskillful strikers who are lethal like Diego Costa in Chelsea cos he got good supply. considering nwakali's club situation I think rohr only got the chance to see what he is capable of against athletico. you know that arsenal move might have contributed to him being overlooked, he should have signed for a smaller club even in a smaller league.
