Jarus:Please stop this nonsense narrative you are pushing !!! Who has denied that the team is average? What we would never do, I repeat never do is to be negative. And then what's the big deal - if they get beat, they come home, if we progress that's credit. Criticism is different from negativity abeg 13 Likes 1 Share |

Hope you guys can see what etebo brought today, he’s the most flexible cm we have, impacted the game very well, gets my nod over onazi....pity we lost, we have sorted our midfield issues to some extent good cohesion and link up passes. But it’s all the more dissatisfing that if we completed half of our passes in the final third we would have scored more, still an issues we always seem clueless and unsettled in front of goal. But I was absolutely proud of our second half, ebuehi is our RB, no doubts, idowus game was the most pleasant feeling for me, he has adapted and has pretty much won his spot. Ogu is class, that guy will play anywhere, was smooth and commanding when he played center defence, balogun I’m sure impressed his new suitors. We played England’s first team and our performance especially in the second half got southgate and those English boys nervous! 11 Likes |

goldfish80: The young man actually saved Nigeria tonight. If a goal keeper keeps you in the match, it shows how consistent the pressures from the opponent were. Uzoho and Iwobi did well. Mikel did better in the second half. Ogu brought some calm. Ebuehi brought in some degree of unpredictability. His runs distabilised the English. If your midfield is consistently porous, it,ll only be a matter of time before the ball lands in the net no matter how good your keeper is. Uzoho did well and should be the no 1 goalie. 16 Likes 1 Share |

I hope Rohr has seen the schoolboy errors that was made today! Onazi utter half-hearted, half-witted performance, killed the vibe of the match. Joel Obi no show, just plunging into his team-mates, I guess it is safe to say goodbye to him and he should never come close to the team ever again. Iwobi, wonderful performance, superb, can't wait to see him play in the middle of the pitch, he can't keep wasting on the wings. VicMo should just play as part of the team, his selfish, individualistic play would get us nowhere, he keeps stinking up the joint ffs. Old habits they say never die, I think this issue of being on the back-foot from the blast of the whistle is still coming to haunt us. How do we deal with this nervy start to all our games? Modified: Uzoho did quite well today, better than last game, he keeps improving while other members of the squad keeps regressing. I just can't deal...Joel Obi na God I take beg u, just quit the team yourself, remember to carry Onazi too 5 Likes |

Goke7: Some people are afraid to admit it, but Uzoho is very bad a grounders. Trust our world cup opponents to test him with alot of grounders. An exam I'm afraid of the result. |

The first Half was completely off it. It's a Half to forget as quickly as possible cos its an Eyesore from the blast of the Whistle to the last Minute. Rohr did a good Job in the 2nd Half of the Match. He twisted the Formation to 3 - 5 - 2 - played Omeruo as RCB; Ekong as CB; Ogu as LCB and it worked well defensively. On the Flanks, Ebuehi proved himself once again that he's the best we've got as either a RB or a RWB. Idowu wasn't fantastic, hence I wouldn't mind seeing Aina play as a LWB or LB against Czech Republic. In the Middle, I commended Rohr for doing the Needful and it was spot on. Etebo was very influential as a DM, Iwobi was outstanding until the last 15mins of the Match same as Mikel. Upfront..... Moses is kinda too selfish for liking. I wish to see a better Moses in the next Game. Ighalo was average to be candid, thus I wish Rohr plays Iheanacho in the next Match. Lest I forget, Uzoho has earned it, he should be the No. 1 Keeper for the Eagles at the Mundial. #SoarEagles. #NaijaAllTheWay. 13 Likes |

Icon79:What is killing our coach is not this so called average team bullshyte some trogs are crying up and down here. The coach is damn too conservative. He only tries new things when the situation is gone awry. He did it against Argentina, he was saved. Today again same thing. Those players that played first half were basically chosen in accordance with the-you never - change - a - winning-team mantra. Winning team bawo?. I say the times have changed. This is not the age for mantras. This is not the age for formulas. You have to think and rethink your strategy. Even with these set of players if the coach is a bit radical we can hurt teams and win games. 12 Likes |
