Jay254:The Nigerians don't hate you and I don't think the Kenyans hate the Nigerians. Nigerians poke fun a lot like other Africans and are easily misunderstood. The only truly hateful specimens here are the "perpetually angry" Kibera Walker and his dear wife of two years, Tasha who has been infected. By the way, did you watch the match? 1 Like |

MPSA:That head is giving you so much pain in your heart. But are you still angry over the whites own South Africa comments here? Common! That was a little humor at your expense. The whites and the blacks are actually partners. It's just that the partnership is clearly unequal and when we point it out, you get mad. The head again... take cover!

nwoke37:The more Nigerians quote GDP the more dense I think you people are. A large GDP yet you cannot even provide a reliable power supply, water , decent basic education, especially for your Northerners who form half the population and healthcare, which I used to tink ours was pathetic until I saw Nigerian facilities. China has a larger GDP than the UK. The UK has a FAR better standard of living than China. 2 Likes |

TayserMahiri:Okay.Personally I don't find Cassper's music appealing but I respect his hustle, especially for somebody who didn't finish high school,he made some impressive strides The lyrics are mixture of isiZulu,English and Setswana."Kzobalit" simply means "it's going to be lit" and the whole song is basically Cassper talking about how much he has made or how much he is making etc...you now the usual hip hop braggadocio 1 Like |

NairobiWalker2: I'm talking facts you keep showing picture. Well as for Ibadan which you keep referring to, I see it as a slum This report also deems it as a slum The intense crowding and subsequent deterioration of Ibadan’s inner city took place over a long period, closely linked to socio-economic change and limited municipal budgets. The, in principle, well-planned town thus turned into a slum. In 1963, half of the city’s core area consisted of slum dwellings, growing to 70 per cent of the town’s total number of derelict housing in 1985. Problems of illegal squatting, conversion of functions and extremely poor levels of service provision are compounded by the apparent lack of financial capacity and political will to upgrade such a large area. In addition, people strongly oppose resettlement due to their strong attachment to the ancestral lands.http://www.ucl.ac.uk/dpu-projects/Global_Report/cities/ibadan.htm I'm sure you'll be happy now Upper income housing in Nigeria looks more like this... After all we do have the richest man on the continent This neigborhood has 24/7 electricity [img][/img] |

nwoke37: Dude............you and I know this is not where poor people live in Nigeria. Sometimes you guys try too hard. I posted you photos of the kind of houses majority of low income earners in Mexico live in and you're bringing me photos of Lekki - an ambitious project that is under construction just like the many other projects in Africa acting as pilot projects to solve housing problems. Seriously. We all know the kind of houses low income earners live in in Nigeria. 1 Like |

nwoke37: The first and second photos are slums in Mexico. As you can see, they're still way better of than Makoko or most of Onitsha. The third photo is Jamaica The last photo is Dharavi Slum in India. You're trying too hard buddy. Please, kindly do your own research. Mexico is far ahead of any African country. I told you even South Africa can't compare to Mexico, leave alone Nigeria. 1 Like |

NairobiWalker2: All i did was to type in low income areas in Mexico and pictures popped up... wasn't even trying, too easy Mexico has supposingly one the of largest slums in the world... NEZA-CHALCO-ITZA, Mexico Here's a website: https://thelifeintheslum.weebly.com/ Here's a webite showing the biggest slums in the world: https://www.straitstimes.com/world/africa/10-famous-slums-in-the-world-and-the-challenges-they-face Egypt also has one of the largest slums in the world And no the mexican slums don't look any better than Onitsha.... Looks more like Makoko |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker2: 10:21pm On Jun 02, 2018 |
nwoke37:Okay you want facts and not pictures right? Lets go. Population Nigeria - 186M Mexico - 123M GDP Nigeria - $376 billion Mexico - $1.25 trillion GDP per capita Nigeria - $1,994 Mexico - $10,021 HDI Nigeria - 0.514 Mexico - 0.762 GINI Nigeria - 43.0 Mexico - 48.2 People below poverty level Nigeria - 60.9% Mexico - 2% Do you want me to continue? Thank you then. I see now you see why it's laughable to compare Nigeria to Mexico when one of your largest cities is practically a slum yet the poorest city in Mexico, Juarez, is in better shape than your best cities.
I never talked about upper income. I talked about upper middle class. Read carefully. The houses you posted are awesome though. |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker2: 10:29pm On Jun 02, 2018 |
nwoke37: The houses are definitely very poor quality but it's nowhere as close to being as dirty as Onitsha. Again, you took a small of the worst part of NEZA-CHALCO-ITZA . Here are more photos of the slum. Even the planning itself is better. 2. I never said Mexico doesn't have poverty but comparing Mexico to Nigeria is just absurd. Mexico is comparable to Brazil, Philipines, Argentina etc. Remember South Africa also has the largest single slum in Africa and guese what? The slum is in Cape Town. Coincidentally, Cape Town is ranked the most developed city in Africa and South Africa the most developed country in Africa. 3 Likes |

NairobiWalker2: So what i see is Nigeria's hdi higher than Mexico's( and both being close to each other).. And Nigeria's gdp being $376 billion... And Nigeria's gdp per capita being $1,994.... whereas a quick google search shows Nigeria's gdp at $405 billion and its gdp per capita at $2,177.99... Then again a quick google search puts Mexico poverty rate at 46.2% https://www.reuters.com/article/us-mexico-poverty-idUSKCN0PX2B320150723 Even Nigeria's gini is similar to that of Mexico's according to your stats |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker2: 10:33pm On Jun 02, 2018 |
nwoke37: $376, $405 what difference does it make? It's still dwarfed by Mexico. (Nigeria's GDP has been shrinking, $405 is 2016 figure, $376 is 2017 figure) You're talking of poverty rate and I'm talking of people living below poverty line. Poverty rate is subjective, people living below poverty line is absolute. Mexico's HDI is 0.761 which is actually of a country on the brink of joining developed countries. Nigeria's HDI is 0.514 - It's even lower than Kenya's and Tanzania's. I wonder what you're talking about. 1 Like |

Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by nwoke37: 10:36pm On Jun 02, 2018 |
NairobiWalker2... All i see in Mexico, is a bigger economy(2x bigger than Nigeria's) thus with a bigger gdp per capita. But from what i see Mexico is only slighlty better than Nigeria... Keep in mind that Mexico is more than 200 years old while Nigeria isn't even 60 yet... Using your logic Mexico shouldn't even be where it is today... it should be competing with European countries and even America... Same with Brazil |

Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker2: 10:43pm On Jun 02, 2018 |
nwoke37: Are we talking of economy or age? Mexico HDI is 0.762 Nigeria HDI is 0.514 Do you know what HDI is and what it means? If you don't, google it then come and tell me the same things you're telling me. (Hint - Algeria and Seychelles, the countries with the best living standards in Africa have an HDI of 0.782 while Central African Republic, the country with the lowest living standards in Africa has an HDI of 0.352) 1 Like |

NairobiWalker2: I just went through this pile of shit you wrote above. You see the problem with you? You do not read and comprehend something very well before you start menstruating with your mouth and fingers. I never said show me any country 80 million and above that is more progressive than Nigeria. I said show me one that is really progressive. It was never a comparative statement. It was a direct statement. See the picture of my comment below (picture 1). No 3rd world country in this world is absolutely free from poverty and a lot of basic challenges. There is a reason they are called 3rd world countries and whether Brazil, mexico, Indonesia or Phillipines they all fall under this category. That is why people from these countries risk it all to illegally migrate to USA and other first world countries in droves just like Nigerians do. Fillipino and Indonesian women dominate prostitution and househelp workers in the gulf arabic nations and they battle hotly for these positions with your Kenyan sisters and my Nigerian sisters. I have watched countless documentaries of these South -east Asian nations and they really face the same challenges every typical 3rd world country faces! Mexicans are ready to die in competition for all the menial jobs in the USA like picking grains, washing toilets, sweeping the roads, washing dead bodies, just like Nigerians do in Europe so I do not see much difference between the lives of these people and other third world countries. That's why I told you that no middleclass Nigerian or African would accept a visa to these countries. The inequality in all these countries are really terrible. They are all 3rd world middle income and low income countries. If that is progressive to you, then you need to go back to your alma mater and request to collect your school fees back. Did you just say Germany was colonized by the Romans? First of all, we are talking of modern colonialism and you take us thousands of years back? All in a bid to defend your dumbness? Look at the 2nd picture below. That was the height of the Roman empire in the 2nd century AD. Look at the 3rd picture below, that perfectly answers your stupidity. The Germanic and Nordic peoples (referred to as the barbaric tribes by Rome) never fully came under Roman control. Can you see why I said you were a lost case? Now that you have been exposed with Malaysia, you claim that you meant the Phillipines. A lesson for you to learn how to stop your mouth and fingers from menstruating faster than your reasoning. 1 Like

NairobiWalker2: Both... Giving 200 years to develop Mexico should be way higher than Nigeria... America with its moe than 200 years to develop as well has the largest economy in the world... Even China that just really started developing is already beating Mexico i mean Nigeria has only had 50 something years to develop yet we're only half of Mexico's gdp, and could catch up in a matter of a decade.. In a matter of years Nigeria would be among the top 20 economies in the world yet we're relatively young.. Plus Nigeria just returned to democracy only 20 years ago... Our democracy is very young |
