How transparent do you think Uniben is please?
Like without connection, is 247 still okay for nursing?
If not, what other course or institution would you say i better go?
Answers needed Asap, thank you in advance.
Uniben is very transparent with its admission process, infact should be one of the most transparent federal university when it comes to admission. Your only competition are those that are seeking for the same spot with you. I think this year's jamb score were quite high and as such competition will be stiff. If you are within catchment area too it is an added advantage. Your score is not that high but with a good post ume score you are good to go

just saw this in my class whatsapp group.

God has done it again for us!!!!!!! I understand the implication of the Senate action on 3/5/18 is that our National Postgraduate College of Medical Laboratory Science bill has now become a LAW, it no longer requires presidential assent. The NASS as required by the Constitution of Nigeria has exercised their overriding majority authority to pass the 9 bills including ours into law.

The objections of pathologists, doctors, the Minister of Health & the induced reluctance of President Buhari have been overruled by the peoples' representatives. This is the beauty of democracy.

Truly, "when strong wind comes, the grass must bend for it to pass". To God be all glory for ever, who will not allow our legitimate struggles to be in vain.

1.5 Duration of the programme
The MLS.D degree programme shall run for six (6) academic sessions for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) candidates and five (5) academic sessions for HND/B.Sc holders in relevant areas. Holders of the BMLS, B.Sc. or AIMLT in Medical Laboratory Science may be admitted into 500 level.

The duration for conversion of B.mls to Mls.D (2 years ) is too much..

Yea.It is too much. But you just have to look at the updated curriculum.MLS want her graduates to be competent in all areas of specialization.
