He did well as a lone striker agaisnt Cameroon. Scored as a sub.

I thought you were being serious. The one he started the bench? And came in with the match virtually won? I tire for this talk

I think Simy will have an opportunity in our next match. I'm only hoping for a brace from him. That will confirm his starting berth

Simy and more especially Iheanacho deserves an extended run leading that attack.. I'm just certain their output would outweigh Clapghalo's own..

I am sure if Rohr had done what you just suggested you will still be among those that will question why Rohr started Musa ahead of Moses. Why didn't you make the suggestion before the match?

We are always quick to provide alternatives after the did is done.

he did, I saw his post on Fri I think where he said he doesn't expect Moses to start the game

Moses is a big minus so far.
Joel am seeing closes down attackers coming from the left side & helps idowu
Onazi gives out balls to opposition & doesn't close up for Shehu coming from d right
CM was so open & freeway for England.

Ighalo is only good in one on one with a defender scenario. His positioning is poor so its hard for midfielders to feed him. He hardly drifts midfield to help out like some other strikers do. He uses his hands ( claps ) more than he uses other parts of his body. Emenike is badly needed.
Joel Obi has no business being in that team.
Musa is more of northern slot than an effective player.
Iheanacho is a joke.
They better call Enyama back or Ezinwa at least he has morale.

onazi started 17 games, he was injured, he miss Algeria and Argentina match because of it too.

Out of over 36 games, he started a paltry 17 which isn't up to half of the total games and you are so proud, on a low Trabz of Turkey? Even the few he started, was he able to play up to 60 minutes before getting yanked off?

Bros shehu should not near the midfield,he can do that at bursaspor not eagles,we have etebo and ogu.

If ebuehi is similar to Alonso does Ado den hag his club side play with a wing back ?
Ogu brought balance to the back 3 playing the left CB lasy night, going forward, this should be his position.
I don't know, but it appears Rohr have programmed the minds of Nigerians not to be daring when analyzing this team. Shehu was about the best player in Cyprus playing as a Dm and that form continued in Turkey but somehow, people dont want him tried in that position even when you have a fumbling Joel and a the fat guy. I dont get it.

I think it's hi-time Rohr sits V. Moses down and let him understand the Mission of the team in Russia. Moses needs to see and put the team first ahead of any personal glory.

If Moses can assure him(ROHR) and the team to be discipline in any role given to him, I don't see a reason why he can't be played as a WB most especially a LWB(though have been against this all this while). Going forward, we need to have all hands on deck.

We can then Line-up this way. Still 3-5-2

UZOHO

EKONG(RCB)-BALOGUN(CB)-OMUERO(LCB)

EBUEHI(RWB)-NDIDI(DMF)-IWOBI(AMF)-MIKEL(CMF)-MOSES(LWB)

IHEANACHO(CF)-IGHALO(CF).

With this kind of set up, we should be able to stand our own ground against anyside. IDOWU can always deputise for both WBs.

Cc: TheGoodJoe, Kog45, Zuchyblinks, Mickael02, Joebie, Mujtahida, ChrisKels, Tbaba1234, Icon79, Mikron etc...

Moses will ruin our world cup chances if we are not careful with the way we keep indulging him. If the guy is not ready to play with the team, he should sit on the bench. Keshi did it in 2014 until babatunde got injured. We all sang Joel obi praises all this while until alarm blow yesterday night. We should thank God it was a friendly. Moses is another grey area we must be cautious about. Me I have said my own o cos na so okocha dribble so tey denmark whip us 4-1, a disaster never to be forgotten. Our love for fancy football always has been an hindrance to our football progress

............... Uzoho

............. Omeruo Ekong Balogun

............ Ebuehi Ndidi Mikel Idowu

................. Iwobi

............... Iheanacho Simy

Moses and Musa should give us options in the bench
That white small boy (Thyrod or something) should replace Ebuehi. Are you guys not seeing how good he is? The boy ran Ashley Young down.

thats the problem bro lol. majority of our players careers have been stunted because of the selfish interest of their agents. onazi leaving lazio for trapzonspor was a downgrade , same goes to omeruo who rejected deals from la liga, belgian and french league clubs but ran to turkey on loan just because they offered more money. look at awaziem for example, he was demoted by porto to their 2nd team, had a goodseason in the portuguese 2nd tier which attracted french club nantes. we joined on loan and shone, winning few man of the match awards and making the team of the week in few occassion. that is what progression is all about. even awaziem is courting interest from epl new boys wolves, ligue 1 giants lyon and nanates who took him on loan last season but porto insist he will be an important figure for them next season. another good example is CIV Eric bailly.he moved to manchester united after having stellar performances in la liga

Thank you my broda for this good analysis.

But you want onazi to leave turkey league right ? But they are no offers for him yet,if he plays well there will be offer, even if na laliga club like levante e go dey okay for am.

Watched d 2nd goal.
1) a misplaced pass from onazi to Mikel
2) neither Mikel nor Onazi did fall back.
3) Kane was just there with onazi just jogging behind him. So no one closed him down.
4) Ekong was in front of GK. Didn't throw himself to the ball just like someone like cahil would do.
5) GK saw d ball late but would have done better.

More to come.

I can point out a regular occurrance of top teams playing with players who do not fit the jam body role upfront. I can say the same of top teams relying on jam body players to play on the wings. So I wonder why the off point statement.

As for Mikel in the defence role, maybe you think this is a joke. The debate is about getting the most out of the team and these has to do with playing these players in role that will utilize their strengths. So I wonder how you think we should think of playing Mikel in defence in any way. That will inhibit his strength and not bring the best out of him.

You can see this is another off point comment from you.

so you actually don't understand what i meant by saying mikel should be send back to play like alonso under pep.

i was trying to make you understand merterns is not iheanacho and napoli is not Nigeria

It is an experiment if he has not performed credibly in that role for a quality amount of time. There is no guarantee he will flourish playing for the team. We believe he has the attributes and quality to do so.

Gerrit?

he plays there for his club

omeruo was rated the best young centre back emerging from africa after his exploits in afcon 2013 but bad career moves stunted his development. i could remember a season before this just concluded one, omeruo was courted by the likes of villareal, real betis and valencieness who where in the french top flight then, but he prefered a move to turkey because he was offered more money

They said isn't useful and i begin to wonder if it back of TV there watching

Secondly Onazi should have locked down Kane
How can a striker be outside your box and left unmark

I am not sure omeruo got offer from laliga team,it's not about the money Chelsea is the team paying omeruo his salary,if omeruo got offer from laliga I think he will jump to it,he has already played 3 season loan at turkey so what's there ?

As for onazi he was a regular at lazio thou not all match but onazi can get 25 seria a games a season,he even scored some crucial goals, about 3 seasons back he qualified them for the champions league playoff where they came 4th in the league,he scored a late goal against Milan, onazi would easily get an Epl club then or another seria A,take a look at Joel an injury prone player from his inter Milan days but he didn't lack offers in seria A
